We called and talked to a young man who we later found out was the manager. We book a party with kids ages 3 to 15 along with parents to help with the kids and manager was told of all ages prior to booking. When we got there (all paid in full) they refused to let the kids under 6 jump and refused to refund me any money. That was 7 people unable to jump or get refunded. The manager said regardless of what he said I should of read website before booking. Out over 200 dollars and the worst customer service ever.... never will return. They are about money and nothing else

First time coming here and it was great. I recommend paying for a hour. While you will be tired after 20-30 minutes, after a few minutes rest your ready for more. My son is 9 years old and he loved it. It was nice to get out of the house and do something active. They have the main area to jump, two basketball goals, a foam ball bit to jump in, and dodgeball. Their were a lot of kids trying to play dodgeball and was difficult to play. That was my only complaint which ain't bad. I recommend going here.

I attended a birthday party there, and my two year old decided he wanted to jump minutes after the other partygoers went to jump. When I went to pay for him to jump, I was told he couldn't jump because he is under 5 (after I called earlier to confirm he could jump with the party and 5 of the other jumpers were under 5). When I brought this up, the staff said they couldn't find the party, so he couldn't jump. The person who paid for the party tried to tell the young girl that we were with them and they still refused. What terrible people!

Great activity for a 5 & 8 year old to burn some energy. We stayed an hour. The 8 year boy old loved the dodge ball. He could have stayed for 2 hours or longer. The 5 year old girl would have been happy with a half hour visit said she was bored but she never sat down. I think she would have been happier had she brought a friend It still was a fun outing on a dreary day!

We had my Son's 14th birthday party here and had over 16 people come...we had ages 8 all the way to 46 enjoying the fun..It is a cool way to get exercise and have fun and the kids were wore out for sure.

took kids 16, 14 and two 8yo, they all had a great time. 2We arrived at 1210 and they only do times starting on the hour and half hour so we had to wait a few minutes to start, but they let us start a few minutes early. The place was clean, the staff relatively friendly, mostly high school students, they were not unfriendly by any means just not real chatty and sociable. There was a snack and drink bar that we did not use. They charge by the 1/2 hour, so you can jump anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours. We did 1.5 hours and it cost us just under $80. so maybe a little steep for less than two hours of entertainment but they kids loved it and the best part of it all, the were exhausted and slept great all night!!

I have a 7 year old and a 9 year old - both really enjoyed the park but were exhausted after a half hour. I would suggest starting with the half hour and upgrading to the hour if your kids want. There was plenty of young staff to supervise, but kids weren't really given any tips or tricks to vary the experience. Dodgeball was dominated by older kids so the younger ones were relegated mostly to the foam pit.

This is the best place ever!! When I first got there I was like OMG! This place is awesome! Sky zone provides food, birthday parties, shoes, and a great time! I would suggest getting to 30 min time because I was eghsausted after that. You may think that 30 min is short but it wears you out for sure!!

My friends and I are 30 somethings and we went for 2 hours early one Saturday morning. I took my 9 yr old niece also. It was $21 person for 2 hours jump time no matter what age. It costs $0.50 for a locker that u can only close and open once without paying each time so leave everything in the car. The waiver process was easy, you can even fill it out online beforehand! They have 2 "courts" for dodgeball, 1 big free jump area, 2 basketball trampolines and a foam block pit. The shoes they make you wear are high tips so wear long socks or they will rub your ankles raw! The kids working there were all doing their jobs but not very friendly except to each other. One kid at the dodgeball court was helping us to keep our game going and that was fun. I do recommend this place, even if u only go once to experience it! It's very close to the interstate and conveniently located near Indy! Buy your tickets in advance also to ensure your spot as they can only allow so many in at one time.

We came here for a birthday party. I have a 10 year old and a 5 year old. They both really enjoyed this place. Some of the staff wasn't to thrilled to be there ,but the kids didn't seem to notice. After you finish jumping they have different flavor frozen drinks for the kids at a reasonable price. Most of the staff were friendly.

My girls are 9 and 11 years old and they LOVE this place. They are completely exhausted after only 30 minutes but I recommend getting the 1 hour session and just allowing for a couple 5 minute breaks.Going in I was a little hesitant about the safety but it is extremely safe. The pads in between trampolines are thick and the rules and staff are well organized. Even a 5 year old would be just fine!The kids can free jump which allows them to bounce from tramp to tramp and even bounce off the side walls which is unique. Each attraction is completely separate and includes Dodgeball courts, Basketball trick lanes for dunking, and a fun foam pit which allows them to practice their flips and tricks.The pricing is very fair and the memories are so much better than the traditional skating, bowling, or movie nights out.Tips.. wear socks and athletic gear. They do require jump shoe rental but that is included in the price. They have a website with great example videos, check it out before you go.
