south dakota tractor museum

This is a great museum even if you are not into tractors. The area of antiques is very interesting, also. It is volunteer run & well worth leaving a donation. So glad we took the time to stop. I enjoyed it as much as my husband!

We were traveling across South Dakota and didn't even have this fun little museum on our agenda. I'm very glad that we stopped! The museum is run by volunteers and donations only. If you have anyone in your family that likes old tractor, memorabilia related to farming or just like to look, be sure and stop in. We had our own personal guided tour from an older gentleman. He was a wealth of information and had great stories. They also have a map for you to mark where you're from. That was pretty neat to look at and see where others are from that have visited.
