If you want to guarantee a visit with some bears, this is a must do. They have 3 black bears that play in the water, get fed with honey looking treats and walk around the area where you drive your car through. They do not rush you to go through so you can spend as much time with the bears from your car as you want. The bears look very healthy and content.

The small fenced 12 or so acre location is not a natural bear habitat. More like a zoo, with two handlers feeding the few bears on the enclosed site. The staff was not courteous or friendly. I sensed it was all about the money and how many people they can run through in a day. Really not worth the $7 per person. Not a lot to see here considering you can see bears, mountain goats, big horn sheep, marmots and more just up the road, roaming in the true wilderness. I saw 3 bears, two mountain goats and 8 big horn sheep, just up the road in beautiful Glacier National Park. To me, these people are capitalizing on the ignorant tourists. AKA a tourist trap. I fell for it too!
