Another great round at Fox Acres. With new ownership and management the course is returning to its glory days. If in Northern Colorado this is worth the drive (1 hour North of Fort Collins). Challenging design, tricky greens, and the views are to die for.

Fox Acres is only an hour west from Fort Collins, into a beautiful setting of ponderosa pines and aspens and lakes galore. The golf course is challenging and beautiful to play. The views are breath taking the air is cool, the lakes are full of fish. This year you can golf for about $60.00 which includes balls at the practice range, cart, and 18 holes. We saw a moose on the course last week!!

Visited Fox Acres after staying away for several years and what a great experience. The golf course is in great shape with a couple of exceptions of winter kill on greens but the course was great. Food was excellent and lodging was much better than expected. I will not stay absent for long.

We had a wonderful time at Fox Acres - we did a stay and play package. The golf course was in really good condition and everyone was very welcoming. The restaurant had great food (it was a fairly limited menu, but everything we ordered was great). The rooms we stayed in were clean and comfortable. There is fishing available on site - different areas for fly and spin casting. The only suggestion I have is to have quick food available at the turn. Would definitely recommend this nice getaway to others!

Fox Acres Country Club is one of the most scenic and challenging courses in Colorado. A semi-private country club, when and if they do have tee times available for the public it is a must do. We played the "blues", 6129 yards with a 168.7 rating and slope of 135. Colorado is a great state to play golf with numerous magnificent courses, and I put the design and scenery right up there with the best.
