我和我先生都觉得参观这家葡萄酒坊的经历简直棒极了!我们来大江克欣串亲戚,决定在这里呆几天,参观一下这里的葡萄酒坊。这是我们参观的第一家酒坊,其它的肯定都是望尘莫及了。我们两个都很喜欢葡萄酒,并且惊喜地发现我们很喜欢这里的蜂蜜葡萄酒!我们几乎品尝了这里所有的红酒,由于不能船运,所以最后我们决定买一箱带回德克萨斯去。礼品店也很有意思,里面的店员热情而又友好。以后这就是我经常拜访岳母的理由了;)

每年我来大章克申拜访客户的时候,我都住在梅得利。每次带回家一些红酒作为礼物,这让我的朋友很想来帕莉萨德( Palisade)玩。我希望大家住在这里。

花了一天的时间滑雪,然后回大章克申途中顺便来这里。我还从来没有尝过蜂蜜酒,而且我爱上了这个特别的味道。这里的每一样东西,从淡酒到强烈的葡萄酒,还有礼品店,都是各种蜂蜜产品。这个地方不错!

这头几家葡萄酒庄都不错，都可以去尝尝。如果开车的话也会看到有很多葡萄庄园，但很多不对外开放的。如果开车路过，可以进来看看，酒不贵，如果不买也很推荐去。

I've never been to a meadery or even had mead to drink so we were curious about this place. Once inside Cindy was super helpful and really friendly. They have 14 different types of Meade to sample plus 2 that are served hot and spiced. We sampled all of them and were totally impressed. The King Arthur is great if you want a traditional off dry Meade, all the others were slightly sweeter or infused with fruit. We ended up buying a case of assorted varieties and 4 boxes of the spices to make the hot variety. All in all this is a great place. Again, Cindy was super friendly and really was fun to talk with as she took us through the samples. Highly recommend if you want to experience wine WITHOUT the grapes. Yay Meade!

Start with the people: warm, knowledgable, welcoming and customer oriented. Took time to explain their products and the range of flavors, sweetness, and potential food pairings. They have one of the larger selections of mead - straight honey wine to fruit infused blends. There are 5 complimentary tastings. My tastes run to the sweet side, but they had drier varieties as well. Bought several bottles.They also have a well stocked tasting room with honey, food, snacks and wine related items. There is also a gazebo on the grounds to sit and enjoy the sun and the mead.Worth the stop.

Made with honey. Yes honey, honey. Very unique and full of flavor. More on the sweeter than drier side. Very refreshing for a hot day or when you desire a taste of summer when the weather turns to winter. The staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. They made it fun and educated us on the differences of wine vs mead. Very fun spot. Kids enjoyed being outside on the gazebo while we savored the bottled goods. Plenty of samples to be tried and lots to take home. Encourage you to stop and try this unique take.

Mead is something you can't get everywhere, but the Meadery of the Rockies is certainly worth the stop! Definitely try the Cherry Satin.

Loved the different wines made with honey and peachesLovely sales person to explain the different wines. Store was so well stocked with many interesting items thatwere so hard to pass up.

I like that they infuse honey in their different wines. The bottles are gorgeous! During the tasting I couldn't decide on a wine, and they didn't give me a hard time about 'repouring' certain ones. We ended up buying two bottles and then hung around in the gazebo on the premises, taking photos and just enjoying the gorgeous Labor Day weekend weather.

I've never really been a mead person, but as a beekeeper, I decided to give it another shot by checking out this local meadery.Everyone gets 5 complimentary tastings. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. In the end, I've decided I'm still not a mead fan but I'm glad we stopped here as it's really cute inside. The space is actually quite roomy and laid out well. They offer lots of local Colorado bee products for sale, like honeys, waxes, and honeycombs. Interestingly enough, we were informed that the mead here is actually made with Californian orange blossom honey (apparently due to the taste and consistency) rather than with Coloradan.Decent parking in a dirt lot on beautiful property. There were two other vendors set up outside in front selling Colorado-made salsas and dips. I was a little surprised to not find picnic tables or anything to sit at outside, so I'm not sure if you can buy a glass to enjoy on the property.Though I didn't buy anything here, it was a good experience and I was impressed by the large variety of offerings.

This is one of the places we cannot pass up when we come to Palisade. We love their Mead, they are very friendly and the tour is very informational. They also have a great gift shop!

A friend asked me to get him some mead since I would be at the peach festival, and I'm glad he did! I went in and was immediately hit with a fabulous aroma. The friendly, knowledgeable staff on hand guided us through a few tastings and we walked out with a few of our own bottles. Terrific experience all around!
