Although the restaurant food was good and the room and service were ok, the spa wasn't up to standards. The locker room is very open and needs to be updated. The robes were ragged and not comfortable. We were 4 women... all had massages... all thought they were below average for a spa. We weren't happy at all with the service for the price. Wont come back.

We came here a little earlier than peak season (late April) and had a blast. Our only regret was that we didn't have more time here. The staff were friendly, the rates at that time were great (the cost of the hotel room for four was cheaper than buying 4 day passes for access to the hot springs), and the facilities were nearly empty. That having been said, I can't imagine going much later in the season... part of the beauty of it all was that you'd jump into the warm pools from the cold air; can't imagine it'd be pleasant jumping from hot air into a hot pool. There is some great outside space (think: firepit, even in the snow), and from there we were even able to spot some mountain goats! They really have thought of everything, even in the restrooms... high quality soap/shampoo/conditioner in the showers, combs, mouthwash, hair dryers, and even a centrifuge swim suit dryer). We met some really nice people here (locals who stopped by for some weekend R&R) and will definitely be back if we're ever in the area.

We were six friends sharing a cabin at the hot springs. We had done this several years ago. The cabins are very nice; the larger one had two bathrooms and a better kitchen. However, we used the showers at the spa building, so that was fine. The spa was built a few years ago, and it's beautiful. There are thoughtful amenities like toothbrushes! There is a bar with drinks and snacks. (The main building has a full bar and restaurant. We brought food and kept it in our cabin -- full fridge, but just a microwave.)One thing we were NOT please with is the fact that the large adult pool has been enclosed with an unsightly bubble. I think we saw two or three people actually use that "building." Most of us used the 3 "tubs" and some of us sat in the stream. We did use the steam room and we plunged into the cold water afterwards!

After a massage therapist from a 5-star hotel an hour away recommended this hot springs, well, I was curious so I had to go. First, I had a late lunch at the bar. Yes, they had Bombay Sapphire Gin and the French dip sandwich was good; although, I don't like melted cheese very much in my sandwiches. Next, I had a sports massage from the male massage therapist and did help my chronic neck pain; although, I think that next day after a massage is the toughest then the healing begins. After for the remainder of the time, I soaked in the hot pool with the cover, then went to the hottest pool after for fifteen minutes. I don't know how hot that pool was tough to stay in just for those minutes. Yes, I would go back, but get a hotel to stay afterwards. There was also little tucked away places to have a drink with your partner. So romantic.

Went there in October as part of a weekend trip to see the Aspen Glow and relax. One of the pools was closed for renovations, so they were giving a nice discount on the admission price. Overall, I thought it was a nice visit. Does not have all the amenities of some of the other hot springs locations (Glenwood Springs, Ojo Caliente), but enjoyable. I was a little underwhelmed by the "pools" on the side of the creek. They really were not very hot and they were only ok. Did not stay in the guest rooms as we stayed in a nice Airbnb rental close by, but they look nice. Service was friendly and attentive. Will try it again if we are in the area, especially in the summer when the water slide is open.

The price is great for the amount of hot spring options. Besides the bathhouse you have 30 pools in the actual creek below. Furthermore you have the 16+ side that has additional hot springs! spa! and saunas. Recommend trying the ice jump, it will take your breath away but you can warm up hQuickly with hot springs.

This one has it all: super hot relaxation pools, large swimming pools, and natural creekside pools. All of these are clean and surrounded by gorgeous views. I can't speak to the bath house or day use locker room as we stayed at the resort and used the spa/club.

i'm a glutton for natural springs..not too many pools and man-madey stuff..this place was nice..two large pools on top and then a series of small pools next to the river. i know going in the winter was risky but the river was so cold, you weren't exactly warm in the natural springs....the top pool was nice..the hot one..first one out of the building...but it's a pool. the other pool is for laps and a lot cooler. it was nice after the sand dunes

I live in the area and swim here often. There have been plenty of times that the pools were to dirty to consider using. Ive complained to the staff but they dont seem to know how to do anything about it. I have a 20 times punch pass so the price is good. If you dont have a pass you pay huge. I never go in the summer because the pools are so crowded you cant even swim. They say they clean the pools everyday but I go in the morning and there are clumps of hair, leaves, and dirt every where. The changing rooms are small and crowded. My daughter was married here and the cost was not worth it. The conference room is very nice, the food was rubber chicken. We rented a couple of cabins for the wedding party and they were not very clean. The maintenance is very poor overall. They hire help is paid poorly and it shows. I only go because I live in the area. But dont expect much.

We (me, my husband and our 2 kids) had so much fun going back and forth between the stream pools and the large swimming pool. They were renovating several of the pools when we were there, but we had enough to do as it was. The creek pools are really great...kids were asking if we can go again!

The kids/side section is closed on Labor day but kids can still frolic in riverside pools and lap pools at this time of the year. Kids are restricted from the spa area, so you know The facilities were recently updated and very clean. A beautiful and peaceful location. As you sit in the riverside pools there is a spectacular view of the snow covered Mt Princeton Peak (a 14er).Definitely schedule a spa service while you are there.

The hot springs had varying degrees of heat to make anyone happy. The bath house, showers and saunas were very clean and well maintained.

Not happy with the quality of the room and food and pools. staff not very friendly. There was free fruit on the bar. Everything was an added charge.

Enjoyed the Hot Springs, Massage, Restaurant and Bar! Jenni and Caitlin were exceptional servers and delightful people.
