This is the best bike shop I have ever been to. I come back time and time again to get equipment here. The prices are a little high, but the quality and service is awesome. The bike staff are knowledgable, friendly, and very helpful. It's been very easy to get to know everybody in the shop as they have very low turnover. They're always willing to help you out. Got my bike and most of my equipment here. Even though I was living a few hours away I always made it a point to wait until I was in town so I could get my stuff here. Honestly, this place is just the best. (the only negative is the manager that works during the day, youngish guy, brown here, has an office off of the cash registers is one of the rudest people I have ever had to deal with in my life. It's such a shame because he almost turned me off to d&q forever. He definitely doesn't espouse the type of attitude that d&q seems to push for. Seriously, it's time to let this guy go. But don't let it deter you from coming in, it really is the best.)

This is my go-to store for personal sport items. For me, that would be primarily bicycles & equipment, but they're also well known for skiing and other non-team sports. The service here is excellent, especially after-sales support, and the staff are very knowledgeable. I definitely get the impression that the employees are not just salesmen, but aficionados in their sport.
