camp ben mcculloch

Our pleasant stay at Camp Ben McCullough was interrupted by a thuggish family who demanded that we move our trailer from a spot we had spent a night at because they wanted the spot. Even though the stated policies of the camp are "first come, first serve", it apparently does not apply if a member of the camp feels you have squatted on their favorite spot. Very disappointing experience and we will never go there again. Too many other civilized campgrounds that honor their own stated policies and respect their guests. It is a shame that a wonderful place like this can be tainted by actions of one of its members.

one sentence just isnt enough for how fun/entertaining camp ben mcculloch is. personaly camp ben is an extreamly fun place for me and my family and friend to hang out at. if u like camping for 10 days or less come on in and just try it!! there is a carnival every night for the kids there are dances there is bingo, theres a creek, and most of all fun!!
