Been dealing with them for some time now. They put on some excellent plays. But they also rent out their space shows / performances. They are very, very accomadating. The place is neat, clean... not too large, but cozy. The theater itself is immaculate. Everything from the stage to the seating is very well structured. The staff is very professional and go out of their way to make your experience with them very rewarding. I highly recommend them if you need space for an event. Or if you just need to check out one of their plays.

We recently were given season tickets to Theatre Horizon! What a great place to go. A small intimate theater with very friendly people. The staging of the the first production we saw, was impressive. The actor (one man, doing all the characters) was phenomenal! I would recommend catching some of their productions

Although the content matter of Spring Awakening is not for everyone (explicit sexuality, suicide, etc.), it was an excellent production. Solid cast, great directing.

We have been subscribers for several years. The shows are typically very good, with a few exceptions such as the holiday show a year or so ago. It's small, so there are no bad seats; the new seats are comfortable and the lobby is inviting; it's local to us, which we love; it's an actor's equity theater (mostly); and parking is free! What's not to like?!

The new building that just opened is nice - an intimate setting. The staff is friendly, shaking hands & warmly greeting everyone at the door. They made us feel really welcome and comfortable. The production we saw was "Pretty Fire", a biographical sketch of the playwright. A folk tale of African-American life, as experienced by a little girl (in the South) still learning her ABC's, to a woman who has learned her Ph D's. It is a one-woman show superbly performed by Cathy Simpson, playing umpteen roles comprising 3 generations. You'll be moved by the drama - she sings, dances; she'll make you laugh and cry. She SHINES! Kudos to the theater for producing this beautiful show. It deserves an extension.
