Walking, fishing, boating ,picnicking, volleyball, swings, places to run and play, great place to walk your dog or walk yourself. Children and adults alike will have a great time and it is all for free unless you rent a boat.

Whether you're looking to cook out, let the kids run around, boat, fish, or just walk around, this is a great place to visit.If I recall correctly the walk around the lake is just over 2 miles and allows you to see a lot of the park. You can walk through the woods or on the paved path. I've frequented this park for over 20 years, and my kids love it just as I do.

The park is a great place to go for a picnic or to take a walk around the lake. Fishing is best done by boat and they have some nice Pike fishing in the lake.

We often visit Memorial Lake since we live only 10 miles away. There is no fee and there are a number of parking areas which are often lacking in state parks. The park is seldom crowded and the area is well kept. Restrooms are available in two locations seasonally. The park is used by fishermen, walkers with or without dogs, runners and nature lovers. Drive the loop road and stop along the way to view the lake and possibly see a Bald Eagle or take one of the many trails through the meadows, the woods or along the lake. Picnic tables are available and we often take a picnic lunch. It is a good place to unwind and enjoy nature.

Not very crowded, lots of grills and picnic tables too. The lake is OK, not sure about fishing but boat traffic is sparse. Location is near military base and easy to find from the interstate. Would definitely recommend.

Memorial Lake SP is a great place for running or trail walking. Scenery is beautiful around the lake and there is a lot to take in here. There is also a series of geocaches around the lake if your into geocaching.

This place is great for walking, running, talking your dog on a walk, fishing, or just enjoying a beautiful scenery. We walked through the woods, then emerged at a picnic area very well maintained and clean. You can take you boat, kayak, or you can also rent one over there. The view of the lake from the bridge is beautiful! Perfect place to sit by the lake and relax.

It was my first trip to this lake, we went on a Sunday afternoon and it was somewhat crowded but still it is a very well maintained park and recreation area i felt there many great photo opportunities. The lake itself is overall clean and has great areas to swim fish or kayak. The only complaint i have is lack of restrooms, they only have one restroom area in the entire park and the day we visited the all the drinking water fountains were turned off.

This is a well mantained,scenic park.The deer emerge close to sunset....relativly unspoiled trails around part of the lake...perfect place for a picnic... great view of Indiantown Gap......Heads up: all this can can compromised at times due to U.S. military manuvers behind the mountian.....basicly an artillery range..... Parking is free and easy.....If it were not for the aformentioned gunfire sounds and traffic noise from nearby I-81: this would get 5 stars.
