Went here before the brewers game last week. We were treated great by the server. Had a problem with the taste of the tap beer.(there were 10 of us who agreed. The taste of the beer was off and very flat. The owner shrugged his shoulders and said that we did not know what we were talking about. Disappointing food and drink. In an area where there are many choices, I choose not to go here anymore.

I'm torn between a four to five star recommendation. After all, it's a pub/bar with great food and service. I usually save my 5s for upscale places with impeccable food and service, but this would be a 5 if not for the reasonable prices, and it being a pub. The hamburger I had was so well made that every bite was almost erotic. Some larger chain restaurants, think red robin, could take a hint. The pretzel app was as big as my head. The happy hour was certainly happy with 2 dollar drafts to 3 buck wines. As stated, what a find!

I would recommend Jackson's for lunch or dinner. We arrived at an off hour, 2pm on a Monday. It wasn't very busy but we both had the pulled pork sandwich, it was the special that day. It was GREAT! The building is beautiful too.
