If you happen to be wandering around Wauwatosa's downtown area, know as The Village, you must make your way over to Oro di Oliva. I was pleasantly surprised to find such an upscale place in an older downtown area. This store features a wide variety of olive oils and infused olive oils, from around the world. When you walk in, you will see mini kegs filled with the different olive oils and sampling cups at each keg. I'll admit, I wasn't too keen on drinking olive oil to figure out which one I liked best, but once I tried, it wasn't so bad! If you are tired of having just plain olive oil, try mixing and matching the infused oils to create your own special blend; the staff can assist you in this adventure too! When you have decided on your oils, the olive oil is poured right there, in-house from the kegs, into the size bottle you picked. Not only are these olive oils to die for, but the store will also wrap them and label them if you are planning to take them to the airport. This is a must-stop for anyone who enjoys cooking!
