pump it up

My daughter has played at Pump it Up Madison for many years. She is now 10 years old and wanted to participate in their Easter Egg Hunt. We paid roughly $13 for this event and were very disappointed. We expected it to be crowded, but frankly Pump It Up wasn't very organized, didn't carry through with the items they promised, i.e. picture with the Easter Bunny (we were told to come back later for the photo), and the prizes were very small. There was a lot of hype for little satisfaction. We stayed a total of 45 minutes and that included the 15 minutes past the start time, plus the video about rules, etc. Very huge disappointment. Makes me wonder what their regular play times are like.
