We recently took our children here and I must say I was ready to leave as soon as we got there. It is a bit pricy, the place was PACKED and I mean packed! I asked if they were at full capacity before I paid and was told no, that they will allow 1000 people in the park at once! WOW! The bathrooms were so disgusting that my daughter would not even use them. There were so many people in the lazy river that every where you turned someone’s feet (or worse) was in your face. The pool was overcrowded and there were globs of hair floating in the water. I would expect that the intentions of this waterpark were to be targeted toward family entertainment. In this case they should have a dress code! I know this is a water park but some of the bathing suits were absolutely disgusting and embarrassing. I have been at other water parks and witnessed a staff member check the cleanness of the water. I did not see it happen at this park. I could not wait to get home and shower! I will not go back!! One more thing, they allow smoking! Yes, smoking in the water park – lovely!

I took my two and four year olds for a Saturday at Shipwreck Cove, and we had a blast! Pros:-- There are a lot of deck chairs and a good many umbrellas.-- Park offers lockers for valuables.-- Most of the water is shallow (3 ft. or less), which is great for the little kids. -- Zero-depth entry play area for little kids was a hit with my children. -- Park offers free life jackets for guests to use. -- One of the two slides allows kids to wear life jackets on the slide and even offers for one of the lifeguards to catch your child at the bottom of the slide. -- Park re-entry is allowed. Stoneledge Park (playground) is right next door and has picnic tables. Packing a lunch and walking to the park allows for cheaper lunch options. Cons:-- Young lifeguards don't watch water as well as they should (keep an eye on your children!!!).-- Kids under 42" can't ride slides at all, not even with a parent. -- Admission is a little pricey for the limited offering. Overall, it's a great small-town water park for little kids. Older kids will get bored easily.

My family spent an afternoon here in the holidays and the park was busy and noisy - really average facility that was expensive and ideally suited to smaller kids, my mid-teens were board and the food choice limited and costly.

Had a great time and will go back soon price little high but nice clean place to go and the life guards are young teens but they keep a good watch on everyone

Really enjoyed the water park. They do need to clean bathrooms better. Park is nice and lots of seating. Kids had fun!

price is 11 bucks a head over 42 inches. even for adults which this is not at all geared towards. the lazy river is as long as one trip around a normal 24 foot pool. the slides hurt your back a little and the water is a bit salty. free life preservers for the kids is a plus

Took my family here while on vacation. Small park with high school kids operating slides. No safety concerns for children riding slides. There Web page states you must shower before entering pool but not enforced. Also my 1 year old wasn't checked for swimmy. Lots of babies in pool with no diaper protection. Overall this place is a waste of time. Had more fun at the swings next to park.

Its located in the small of Duncan, Its more like a comunity pool than a waterpark. It has only one double slide and the lasy is so small you walk around. Its ok if u have small kids or babies. If your use to a big waterpark don't waste your time.

For the price of admission, its ridiculous, $11 is steep when you consider the 3 waterparks the greenville rec operate. Otter creek is cheaper, and the parent magazine you can get free at stands have a $3 off coupon. If you're looking for a place to take your child, Otter creek is far better.

I went here this past summer and had a good time. Nothing special, just a fun place to go with a lazy river and a few slides.

Our group enjoyed our day and the children had a lot of fun. We were please by the number of life guards present and there willingness to correct running children and adults.

For the location and size of the town the water park is a great summer activity for the kids.

We were delighted to find a new place to visit this summer. The waterpark features 2 slides, little kids area, lazy river, and pool. The pirate theme is well done. The food appropriately priced. Overall, a great experience and we will be back!
