Popular Washington Vintner and their wine tasting room in Leavenworth is worth the visit. Friendly and a nice selection to choose from.Be prepared that they are very proud of their wines so you can expect to drop $40-50 per bottle if you choose to purchase.

This was a great opportunity to learn about the Kestrel wines in a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. Our host was very patient will all our questions. I would highly recommend stopping here for the wine tasting. And try the sweet wine in the little tiny glasses! fun!

My mother, daughter and I came in this week and had a wonderful experience. The staff is very attentive and informative. Admittedly I am obsessed with Kestrels wine and if u appreciate a wine list that is always delicious from white to red than this is a must see while in Leavenworth. The tasting room manager was just a doll and made us feel at home. Needless to say we bought more wine than we could drink, oh well! :)

Taste 5 wines for a small price with lovely staff and very classy atmosphere. Most of the wine was so so until we got to the reds, particularly the expensive (but worth it) Mourvedre. Wow. You can also purchase a cheese-salami platter to accompany the wine. This was tasty, and one of the few wineries that have food. They even provided crayons and small table for the child in our group. I purchased a neat multi-candle gizmo that fits on the top of a wine bottle to take home. I love it.
