This is a great place to spend time when you need to pick up something that you forgot or just want to walk around and see the amazing abundance and variety of items that they have. From A to Z, if you need it they will have it! Groceries to tools! Take some time and check it out.

Jack's has everything! What a fun place to visit, to shop, or just to look around at all their cool stuff. They have all the food items at good prices that you'll need for your vacation, plus all the hardware, banners, clamming and fishing gear, you name it! We were staying in Ocean Park so went there virtually every day just to check out new things we hadn't seen earlier, but it would be worth your time to drive up there from the southern part of Long Beach also.

We heard from locals that this was the place to shop, so we drove up to Ocean Park to buy food to cook for dinner. We were surprised that there is a good selection of groceries, including some artisan bread from San Francisco (that turned out to be delicious)! The fun part about the store, though is really the non-food half, though. From rafters to floor, there are so many things to look at, we had lots of fun just shopping. It is a hardware, dry goods, sporting goods, grocery, garden store all rolled into one! Friendly staff too.

Jack's is a staple in the area. While offering a full line grocery store, they also have a great selection of beer, wine, and liquor products. They offer many sporting goods items, as well as nostalgic hardware store items, and a great old candy selection.

If you need it...they probably have it!!! Fun store to wander around in. Prices are great for a small town. We bought groceries, rv supplies, fuel and souvenirs.

This was such a nostalgic trip into my youth as a kid who grew up in the 40's. We had several places like this when I would go with my father to the Hardware store for some project or repair. This place has anything you could possibly need. From hardware, kitchen, food, housewares, flags, kites, fishing, hunting, etc, etc. I mean you just need to ask and they will help.You will need and hour to explore this place. They specialize in old oil lamps and parts for repairs to anything.

This store brings history alive and combines it with today. Something for everyone. Lots of delicious treats and fun toys, games etc. An old fashioned ice cream soda fountain too.

Jack's has everything you need! Hardware, food, etc. I was impressed that a little store with sure a huge selection still exists in this day and age. Definitely check it out if you're in Ocean Park.

Step back in time - especially the hardware section which is a must. Everything from Aladdin lamps to cast iron pots and pans to aprons to oyster knives. Lots of friendly staff to answer questions and help out. Grocery side usually includes fresh clams and oysters - which are not always easy to find on Long Beach peninsula. If you're staying in a condo and need supplies - this is the place!

Stop in for groceries and you may find yourself wandering the hardware and kitchen accessory isles for a good 30 minutes or more! While the food offering is more extensive at nearby Oakies, the added eclectic merchandise and the far more friendly staff members make this the best shopping option in Ocean Park. Ironically, the hardware selection can be better than nearby Oman's and Sons as well!

My husband and I visited this store while staying in Seaview, WA. It is the oldest, continuous store in the state. Jack's sells groceries, housewares, old toys, old timey candy,old kids games, and hardware. The place appeals to locals and tourists. The hardware section is the original building with wooden floors and beautiful wooden and glass cases. We bought Jack's label, wild berry jam for gifts. It was a big hit.
