This extraordinarily well done museum offers history and traditions of 12 northwest US tribes with homelands in eastern Washington. There are biographies of the principal chiefs, explanations of the legends, and timelines of methods of living and how they have changed over the years. Much information on how the Coulee Dam has affected life upstream.Good for children over 6. Good gift shop with many native crafts. Located one block off main drag downtown.
