My sister and I have stay at the casino several times this last summer/fall (2014) and this Jan and in Feb 2015. One visit we spent 9 nights and our stay was great each time. We have a players card and, therefore, we get the specials. Prices have always been fair and rooms spotless. The beds are comfy and room is spacious and very comfortable. Food at the restaurant is very good with a nice salad bar. Wait staff is over the top and we made new nice friends. When the restaurant gets slammed they do there very best, we have seen it. No complaints from us. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub too. The staff at the hotel desk were very helpful and pleasant went over the top to make sure ever thing was perfect for us. They are friendly and know us by name. We will go again and again. Hey, we are on the coast and thereare a lot of things to see and do. Then we come back to a nice dinner and a clean comfortable room. We love this place!!

everything is priced to high as well as lousy floor service and poor payouts all night long. if you like to lose money go here cause you will.P.S it does have a pool/jacuzzi I was afraid to use it feeling I might get charged additional for using it..

I stayed at your Hotel this past weekend and I have to say, I was let down and it will NEVER happen again.I reserved a room for Saturday, January 24th with early check in. I called to verify what exactly early check in was. I was told on the phone, as the lady let out a little giggle, "We really do not have early check in, but if you come in and we have a room available, we will give it to you, regular check in is 3pm."We arrived about 30 minutes till 1 and the lady at the counter said it would be an additional $50 fee for early check in or I could wait until 3 pm and check in at normal check in time.I was not informed that there would be an additional charge for early check in when i selected it on my reservation or when I called to verify what early check in was.She "waived" the check in fee and let us check in at 1pm. So we waited in your parking lot for about 25 minutes. :( We reserved a mountain view room and ended up with a parking lot view room :( We had nothing worth looking at except my truck, that I see everyday. So I tried to watch tv and we only had 10 channels and they were all sports. The hotel coffee station was filthy all night. Trash was piled up on the counter and the coffee cups were always empty as was the creamer.Dinner time, we all (8 adults) met in your dinning room for an evening of conversation and "good" food.We waited 15 minutes for our drinks to come, 20 minutes for our order to be taken and an additional 45 minutes for our dinner to be served.Simple orders, Monte Cristo, Phili Cheese steak sandwiches, Shrimp fetachini and shrimp baskets with salad bars.4 of the 8 dinners were cold, not warm, but COLD.The salad bar was the worst salad bar I have ever seen. The lettuce was empty and all the "fixings" were mixed together.Breakfast was better, however our omelets were not cooked throughout and still "runny" in the middle. Upon checking out, the gentleman behind the counter asked :how was your stay" I let him know how unhappy we were with our stay and it will never happen again. Especially at $130.00, he asked if we had breakfast, yes we did. The he printed our receipt and said here you go have a good day. Didn't even acknowledge the fact that I was unhappy.This was my first "getaway" to your facility, and I believe it will be my last. I could have gone to the Best Western in Brookings, and paid half the price and had a room on the Ocean, Breakfast and an indoor pool.The only deference between your facility and where we usually stay when we make a trip that way, and we make that trip often (usually every other month) is your facility has the tightest casino I have ever visited.

When going down the Oregon coast we have stopped at the Lucky Seven Casino many times. This time we decided to just go and stay. What a great decision... We had access to great food, consuming entertainment and wonderful lodging. The bed was comfortable; the room was spotless, and we were able to meld into the atmosphere and get some long-deserved rest. Great experience.

Nice place to gamble, rooms are spendy but very nice, has everything but a pool, close to Oregon and right in the heart of the REDWOODS

Nicely appointed Casino, friendly staff and loose slots. A beautiful area to stop and enjoy the ocean, nice restaurants and see how Lady Luck is treating you.

Love going to the Lucky Seven, and we don't gamble. Good restaurant, good hotel. Friendly staff and very close to the confluence of the Smith River and the Pacific Ocean. The views in the area are outstanding..

Our office recently held a Veterans Summit at this location. Staff were exemplary. The hotel was immaculate and the furnishings and bed was very comfortable. Our room facing the ocean was a spectacular view. The event center was equally perfect. Food provided at the event was delicious and staff were always helpful and caring. I would highly recommend planning an event at this location. You will not be disappointed!

The most beautifully appointed rooms in any casino we have been in. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The walk in granite shower is huge and sparkling clean. Loved the smaller casino, did quite well on the slots. Breakfast the next morning in the restaurant was outstanding and part of the room cost. We were having so much fun gambling we didn't have time for dinner the prior evening so don't know about the quality of food for dinners. We are quite fussy about cleanlinest and comfort and this hotel met the grade 10 plus.

This casino is in the resort, and they even have a non smoking section. At least you can play without smelling of tobacco.

We stayed for our honeymoon this last weekend and it wasn't at all what I expected. The food wasn't very good. Service was worse. Couldn't get a wait person to stop and take our order. Food was over priced and bland. We got our drinks after our food. Wouldn't eat there again.

Nice for a pleasant meal ... free coffee or soda ... if you are feeling lucky, pull a lever once or twice.

Very smoky in the regular casino but the non-smoking section is very well ventilated. I even won $200!

Tried the restaurant in the casino and was somewhat disappointed. My wife and I both had the BBQ Ribs special and the meat was very tough. Not many other choices around town.

We love staying here. The staff is so nice. The rooms are beautiful and very very clean. The hot breakfast is such a great deal. They even custom order omletes all in the price of a night stay. You will love it here too!
