We're sorry that the trip did not go well for you. We do trips by reservation only. Your group was one hour early as confirmed even by the person in your group who made the reservation. We do by reservation so we can try to care for our customers in a timely manner. Due to the fact that you arrived one hour early, you arrived the same time that our scheduled customers for that time slot arrived. We needed to care for those customers first. We did address you when you arrived and gave you the option to wait for your original scheduled time or to wait at the end of your trip for your shuttle back. Your group chose to wait at the end of your trip for your shuttle back. At the end of your trip, we did not want to get rid of you, we wanted you to relax in the river and wait for the shuttle that you agreed to wait for. However at the end of your trip, part of your group expressed that were not happy about waiting for the shuttle that you originally agreed to wait for and insisted on getting your own vehicles. So we made room for at least one of your drivers to get a ride to their vehicle. We then shuttled part of your group back when the shuttle was available. As with most rivers, we explain to all customers there is logs or sticks that you need to watch for while floating that may puncture your tubes. It is rare but it may happen. We provide life vests to all customers that they can use for floating in the rare circumstances a tube may deflate. It is unfortunate that you did not enjoy your trip. ALL of our other 70+ other customers that day told us they had a GREAT time and at least 3 of the groups that day have already booked another trip. We pride ourselves in courteous, friendly service and hope you will give us another chance.

Thanks for joining us and your review. We were happy to have you join us and hope you come again. Our Water Adventures is a combination of floating, walking, and exploring. You will do more floating when the river if fuller in the beginning of the year or after a rain. Thanks, Diane
