this casino is very dirty, bathrooms awful, the seafood buffet didnt seem fresh. I was afraid to eat some of it. The arcade staff are good with kids, and bowling was fun. bowling alley pizza like cardboard. thank goodness for starbucks

Very basic room. No fridge or microwave. Tv is old and very small. Beds, towels and linens need to be replaced. Very cheap so I suppose it's worth the price.

I stayed at the Casablanca but visited the Virgin River and what a mess. It is dirty, dated and smoke filled - I couldn't wait to leave. Not worth the gas to drive across the street. Sad!!

The staff are friendly and helpful but the rooms are out dated and rundown. The beds are horrible. We had the prime rib special for dinner. It was very good. The blackjack tables are a ripoff. They dealt multiple decks. No single decks. I really don't care if I ever go back.

Very basic room. Staff was slow and somewhat rude when we checked in - and they were NOT helpful when we called beforehand. The whole place smells like smoke - even the individual rooms. Also, it's a pet hotel and staff will NOT guarantee you a room that has not been occupied by animals previously - even if it's requested days in advance - and members of your party have allergies (same goes for a non-smoking room - they state "we'll put that in our notes, but no guarantees"). The rate was fine, but NOT good enough for the gross air and lack of courtesy and professionalism demonstrated by the staff. So glad we changed our reservation from 3 nights to 2.

Very basic cheap room. You get a bed, a bathroom and a TV. That's about it. We had no hot water at 7:30 Am in the morning and the walls are very thin you can hear people coming and going all night long. But we paid 39$ for this room. For that price I didn't expect anything different. It was clean, close to the casino and cheap! the Hot water was upsetting but we did get good customer service when we had a complication with the reservation. They honored the price online no questions asked.

We're used to going to casinos that reek of stale cigarette smoke, but why can't they have bett4r ventilation? We visited the Virgin River Casino and although it didn't appear that anyone was smoking, it still smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Word to others: wear something that you don't care about or is easily washable. We had a nice time regardless. Plenty of machines for everyone and the casino staff was very friendly and helpful.

Good value if you like eggs and pancakes.Their hamsteak is huge but the price has gone up to 4.99.I recommend the Belgium waffle with strawberries and whipped cream if you have a sweet tooth.

I think they need to upgrade the ventilation since some of the people like to smoke It would be nice to breath some clean air inside the casino while I play I love to play but I get sick in there and it gets hot. So I had to leave. Thanks anyway.

Called in for rooms and was quoted 27 bucks, I was across the street and when I got there 3 minutes later the room was now 32. Oh she says you only get that when you book online. Not to mention the gal, (hotel manager) stood at the counter for a few minutes after taking care of the previous guest and did not acknowledge my presence. Sort of Odd I thought. Nor did she say thank you after I payed and was leaving. When did this custom fall by the wayside after you buy something. The slightest courtesy of saying thank you, sure goes a long ways.

We live here and need this place to succeed. Always leave here thinking they are trying to run off the locals. I know many from Utah who have stopped coming for the live music. These folks ate here, played, danced and often stayed the night. The bartenders are awful..but that is OK as I've tried to quit drinking.

This reminds me of a smoked filled river boat from the 90s. low ceilings as well. Definitely can use a makeover.

Hotel "Guest" beware - the easy part was finding a live roach in our bathroom; the hard part was finding a manager on the property, much less one who cared. We experienced no help from front desk personnel or security (we were told to make a report), who apparently follow the credo of "do as little work as possible". We found a manager at their sister property (Casablanca) who typed on her computer while she pretended to listen to us and complained that her shift had just started. She offered nothing but an insincere-sounding apology. Needless to say, their customer service is terrible and the place is a health risk (we have filed a report with Southern Nevada Health District). Potential guests should also be aware that booking through a third party apparently absolves them of all responsibility for anything.

Good food with a fair price and daily specials like prime rib dinner for 6.99 and a big breakfast for 3.99 that can't be beaten for quality and price. Service is very good and it is in a Casino which might be a down side for folks with children.

The casino was clean and I detected very little smoke. The attendants and host were friendly. I only wish they had a poker room. It is not a big deal to go across the street to play poker, but I like the Virgin River, and wish I could play there.
