Fun little 9 hole course, and it will challenge you to play the right club. The people who run it are very friendly and it is certainly a relaxed attitude there. Has one hole that had some flood damage, but still very playable. If you are in Mesquite I would recommend you play it.

We wanted to take the wives and play an easier course and was suggested to try this one. It has mostly par 3's but I think one hole that can be a par 4 or 5 depending how you play it. There is also a couple Par 4's. The people were extremely friendly and a side from one hole that was not totally complete or something, the course was fun to play. It meanders thru a development of town homes and some of them were right there. We actually looked at a couple while we were there. I remember it being a very good value as well.

This is idea for a beginning golfer or some one with time constraints. Played 18 in just over 2 hours. Fairway in rough shape but the greens were better than the higher priced courses in town. Course very forgiving and wide open. Perfect place for a starting golfer.

In a town with several top-rated golf courses, I was looking for a 9 hole course where my wife could play a round (having only been on a driving range before). Coyote Willows is a volunteer-run course with excellent rates, clubs for rent, a relaxed attitude to pace of play and absolutely perfect for a golfing first-timer. The course is not without challenges – the 8th and 9th holes were especially unforgiving – you make a mistake and your score is going to feel it.If you’re a bloke passing through Mesquite, this is the place to go to get your wife playing golf, and it was a huge shame that we couldn’t stay another day and play another round. There's no excuse not to play a round of golf in Mesquite!
