Seeing about an acre of the California Pitcher plants was a thrill - they look like cobras and eat insects. There is a nice boardwalk that is about 1/8 mile.

This small botanical reserve is just outisde Cave Junction, OR and is a nice break. There is a short boardwalk with interpretive signs and longer trails connecting to other parks. The information is well presented and ineresting.

There is a huge pool in the river there, with a small beach, for summertime swimming. Many picnic areas as well as a few camping sites. Lots of trails to walk on and even restrooms.
