Words cannot express the joy and fun my guest and I had at Skyzone. From the check-in to departure the hospitality was awesome. My guest even commented on how professional and well-rounded Corrisha, Calvin, and Lubin (teens) were the entire time. The kids (twins) we over joyed and appreciative of me allowing them to have their party at Skyzone. Most of that appreciation was based on the service; it made me as a parent look great!We had 13 kids and 7 adults and compliments came from both groups. What was outstanding to me was the fact that I did not have to run around doing all the work. I got to enjoy the festivities with the guest and as a parent that is priceless. Not only will I have another party there, I will definitely refer you to other families. Thank you to all involved!

When my son asked me to have a birthday party at SkyZone for his 10th birthday, I was not sure what I was really getting. I can now tell you that the event manager was very professional. Not only did she follow up on the date, but she also provided the best staff for the day of the party. The staff names I can list are Rachel, Jeddy, Cheryl and Zach. There were many more I would love to mention. Thank you all for making Brock's party outstanding! I watched my son have a blast with his friends. Pizza from Jets. They also put the cake in a freezer until it was time. We had brought in a Cold Stone ice cream cake. The cost of the party was very economical. If you are looking for a very fun place with a wonderful staff, SkyZone is the way to go! Can't wait to let my son fly again!BobbyeWesterville, OH

This place can be very dangerous! My 8 year old broke her ankle, that was the day of hell for us. Please take your children to the park instead of this place.

We took our twin daughters to Sky Zone for their 9th birthday and had an AWESOME experience! The staff was amazing and really made my daughters feel special. Taylor was very thorough and patient when it came to signing in for the party. He went through the details of the party and made sure no questions went unanswered. Ali and Jordan were FANTASTIC party hosts! Jordan interacted very well with the kids and was a hit with everyone! He was able to be silly but professional at the same time. All of the the guests had nothing but positive things to say about their experience. We'll definitely be back. :)

My 11 year old son had his birthday party here with friends from his football team. They had a blast. All the parents texted me that evening telling me what a wonderful time their kids had. The place is very clean, very very organized. Pleasant staff. We will be back.

My girls beg to go here. It's pretty high intense. They always think they want to jump for 2 hours but they take a break almost every 30 minutes because they are so tired. Definitely wears the kids out for sure!

There were several twisted ankles and an ambulance called for broken bones. I get that some people have a better tolerance for that sort of thing, but it's not for me, or anybody who doesn't like young children running and jumping into you.

Sandra D.My son is a senior and we had his graduation party at Skyzone. He and his friends had a ball, the smiles on their face was priceless. The staff at Skyzone is very pleasant, professional and most helpful. We will be back before he heads off for college!

I have been to Sky Zone 3or 4 times now and love it ! After reading the other reviews I just don't get it, yes they are very strict with the rules and its always busy and you might have to wait for a while. I feel very comfortable with my kids jumping as they separate kids into sizes and make sure the kids know the rules. As for it being dirty no not at all, but there are lots of people using the facilities. My boys get very sweaty and tired and positively love it! Things to know 1) yes the staff are teenagers but are responsible 2) each person has their own trampoline so there is no running from one to another or kids smashing into each other unless there's a mishap 3) foam pit has three lanes but don't all jump at the same time - middle then outside lanes so no one flips into each other 4) won't let you jump till the rules are explained as every one has a time sticker so when you start they make sure before you jump.5) trampolines are dangerous

We had my son's 5th birthday party here this weekend. They had blast! They got to jump, use the foam pit, and their favorite was dodge ball. They took care of everything and the party hosts insisted the parents relax while they served everything. Great party!!!

My teenage daughter and I went to Columbus specifically to visit Sky Zone. We had a blast. We did the 16 and older Sky Jam so we didn't have to jump over small children. The employees were all wonderful and seemed almost as excited as the patrons to be there. There was a bit of a crowd there, but not too crowded. It seemed groups went in flocks; so when one area got busy we just went to another area. It was great fun and a great workout! There were lockers to hold you things. You can take pictures/video from the platform; but not while jumping. That seems reasonable.One note: Their website says it is from 10:00 pm - 12:00 am - However this includes 30 minutes at the end for pizza and soda (included in the cost). When you buy the tickets online - it does say 90 minutes of jumping - so I should have picked up on this. We got out to rest just before 11:30 pm - thinking we still had 30 minutes of jump time - and were a bit disappointed when they called time at 11:30. Again - I should have figured it out by the tickets specifying 90 minutes of jump time; but I missed it. I just wanted others to know so they don't make the same mistake.

We had a fantastic experience at Sky Zone for my daughter's 9th birthday party. Brynn and Grant were awesome! I was playing the role of single parent that day since my husband had to stay home with a sick child and was a bit nervous about watching 12 kids, but your staff really did most of the work and I pretty much sat back and enjoyed watching the kids have a blast. I was really pleased with our party experience.

Every year the Columbus Medical Association Foundation Youth Advisory Council has the opportunity to get together outside of regularly scheduled meetings to enhance their friendships and enjoy each other’s company. In spring 2014, YAC members had great fun and pizza at SKY ZONE Columbus. Our youth had an exceptional time. Additionally, the staff in the party room where great. It was a hit!

We hosted my sons 8th birthday party here at Sky Zone Columbus last weekend. It was awesome! All the kids had a blast! As the party planner, I can say that having the party at this location was easy and stress free, as compared to other venues. The check in helper and party room hosts are friendly and helpful. I did not have to decorate, serve food, or clean up. I spent my time enjoying watching my son play and open gifts with his friends.

My 5 year old had his birthday party at SkyZone and everyone had a blast! It was extremely well organized and so much fun for the kids! They have a guest greeter assigned to your party as well as two hosts for the party! Our hosts were AWESOME and so extremely polite! They were great.... Highly recommend!!!
