this little winery makes the best wine YES they make there own wine at the Farm across the street. follow the road around and down to the winery Spring and summer you can sit outside under the large trees you are looking down at the water beautiful sunsets on the horizon after dark light a wood burning fire. They have some of the best food anywhere Evelyn makes home made soups in the winter on Sundays. So no mater when you go there is always a good time with friends or a quiet time with that special someone. Did I mention the BEST wine in the area.

My husband and I were looking for more Ohio wineries as we love to see how many we can visit in a year. I am involved in the VIP Ohio wine program. We ran across this one on line. Not an easy place to find but what a cute area. You feel like you are just driving into the woods. It is situated on the banks of Lake Milton. We enjoyed a couple glasses of wine, I liked the Pendragon Red and my husband went for the Vidal Blanc. The service was friendly, the music and comedy provided by the duo playing was conducive to relaxation. If it had been a tad warmer, we would've sat outside where there is plenty of seating overlooking the lake. I can't wait to go back.

Our seniors group recently enjoyed an afternoon at the winery for a murder mystery lunch.The lunch featured a five cheese lasagna, which was quite good, and their wines were very pleasant. Evelyn, our hostess, guided us through the "investigation" with clues, as our 8 "suspects" played their parts, adopting very amusing personas and costumes. What a hoot. Thanks Evelyn! We had a great time.........and would you like to share your lasagna recipe?P.S. Bathroom setup was awkward and needs to be updated. We managed.

My husband discovered this quaint little winery several years ago and brought me for my first visit last weekend. Set back in the woods down a wooded pathway on the banks of lower Lake Milton, this quiet and secluded winery is just what you need if you're looking to get away for a bit. The owner's pooch greets you with a smile and escorts you down the path to the winery. The owners are equally friendly. Burgers on the menu are cooked on a grill and served with chips and homemade potatoe salad. You really feel at ease here and everyone treats you like they've known you all your life. Wonderful selection of wines. I recommend the Vivien and for cranberry lovers, their cranberry wine. Unfinished bottles are corked and sealed for the ride home to enjoy later. Can't wait to go back!

My husband and I come to this winery as often as we can. It's a small winery that has a lovely tasting room that overlooks Lake Milton. They have a good selection of wines so I'm sure you will find something you like. Sit inside or on the deck outside for a calm and peaceful view of the Lake. There are other activities at the winery as well. I've attended the stepping stone art class and the pasta night we are hoping to get to a Mystery dinner theatre night soon. Please check them out. You will enjoy yourself!

Nice place to stop and grab a good bottle of wine. Would be nice if they would increase and improve their docks as I think it would really increase their summer business. All-in-all I highly recommend it.

We went on Sunday July 29, with another couple. Nice area and scenery. Wine was just ok. You can enter the facility from either the road or lake Milton. Wooded and shady. Nice outside table area and very friendly people working there. You could take your own snacks, cheese etc. which we did. We tasted a few different wines, then bought a bottle to share.

This winery is tucked back in the woods by the water. Very private and the manager/owner is very accommodating. The wine is very good, the ambiance is even better. Worth the trip.

This little family owned winery has fought for its right to exist - all the way to the Ohio Supreme Court, and those of us who have grown to love it over the years are so happy they've made it. We heard about this winery a few years ago and decided to visit, and we've been going ever since. Whenever we have something to celebrate, or if it's just a beautiful day that we want to enjoy even more - this is where we go. The winery is situated in a rustic forest setting, perched on a ledge overlooking the lake. Several tables are set outside along with gazebos, etc. The wine is wonderful, and if you're hungry you can bring your own food to enjoy. We especially love to be there while the sun is setting over the lake - it's a really special place.

Oui, il faut le chercher pour le trouver mais cet endroit en vaut la peine: le vin est bon et l'ambiance, sympathique. La propriété donne sur un lac et la vue est superbe. les amis de la nature s'y retrouve pour une expérience épicurienne assurée. Demande 'Kristofer', c'est lui qui fait le vin, dites que vous venez en ami. Si vous venez de France, précisez d'où vous venez car le seigneur du domaine a voyagé et connait un peu notre pays (Champagne, Bourgogne, Bordelais...).
