We like to go on Saturday's family skate night. It's more adult - friendly and gives us something different and active to do on our date night. They place a good variety of music (including some of our favorite old school skating music). Staff is always friendly and courteous.

I have been coming to SpinNations on Saturday nights for years now. it is good clean fun for the entire family. No matter what your skating experience is, you will have fun. Saturday nights are geared towards families and you will find skaters of all ages and skill levels. The floor is without a doubt the best you will find anywhere. Balanced sound and a great light/laser show always make it exciting. The food is ok and what can be expected at such an establishment. They now have many flavors of ice cream which is usually quite enjoyable. The staff is always friendly and they maintain a well stocked pro shop. Best part is, if you skate the whole session from 7pm to 11pm, you can get a really good work out!

My family and I always have a great time at Spinnations. The floor is the best skating surface and largest rink we have seen in Florida. The staff is always attentive and great to deal with. We have made this a regular weekend activity.

I had my daughter Anna's 10th Birthday at SpinNations on Sat. 1/10/15. Last April I had dropped off and picked up Anna from a friends party there. I wasn't able to stay for the party because I had to work so I was just in and out. At that time I was very impressed by the roller rink's appearance it was clean and very spacious so I decided to have Anna's party there. The service was very bad! Took a long time to get our pizza and drinks. The kids had really worked up an appetite and thirst skating and were hungry and very thirsty. I also promised the adults lunch. When the pizza finally came it wasn't enough!I had 14 10 y/o boys and girls and 12 adults. I just assumed the kids would get 2 pizzas and I ordered two pizzas for the parents. There was 2 pizzas placed on the kids table and 1 one very under cooked pizza placed on the adult's table. I gave all the kids 1 slice and I was short four slices. Two of the kid's didn't want pizza so I just needed two more slices. I took two slices from the adult pizza to give to the two kids. I went up to the counter and told Meghan that I was short 2 slices of pizza but really 4 slices but a couple kids didn't want pizza. I asked her if we could get the second adult pizza that I ordered . She said that one of the pizzas on the kid's table was meant for the adults. I asked her if she expected one pizza to feed 14 kids because it clearly didn't, not even the two pizzas were enough. So she said she would cook another pizza for the adults. Then I realized 2 of the kids didn't have a cup. I asked her for the cups she never brought them over. I went up to the counter and asked another staff for 2 cups. A while later she brought me two slices of pizza one was burnt. I gave them to two of the adults but the slice with black cheese didn't get eaten, very embarrassing!I went back to the counter again for a second time to ask Meghan if the adult pizza was ready a and she said she spoke to her manager and the manager said that she should have given the kids 5 pieces of pizza that she actually didn't give them enough after all.I waited and waited for the adult pizza. I kept promising everyone it was coming. Two of the adults I noticed went to the counter and ordered their own food. I guess they were hungry and didn't want to wait any longer. It was very embarrassing for me.I finally gave up on the pizza when it was time to serve cake. As I was cutting the cake I discovered I didn't have plates or forks for the cake. So again another trip to the counter. I made at least 6 trips to the counter to get what we needed. A few of those trips were repeated trips for the same request. It made serving the food very stressful and chaotic. I received no help from Meghan. I don't recall Meghan or any of the staff telling Anna happy birthday or having any contact with Anna at all. None of the staff sang happy birthday to Anna at cake time or any other time. Several of my adult guests commented on the poor service and advised me to make sure I didn't get charged for the pizza we never got. One of the Mom's said to me "It's a shame you have to keep hounding them for what we need." I couldn't enjoy the food portion of the party with Anna because I was spending all of the time looking for Meghan and running back and forth to the counter for what we needed. When Meghan gave me the bill I noticed that she did charge me for the pizza we never got. I told her we didn't get it and she said "oh no I forgot it in the oven" No apology. She was so oblivious throughout the entire party. In the time I was saying my goodbyes to the guests and packing up to take to the car I didn't realize that Meghan never came back with my credit card. So as I was was walking out with an armful of gifts when a guy on skates approached me with my credit card and needed my signature. I told him I would come back in as soon as I put what I had in the car. He said that's okay I'll follow you out to the car. So here is a guy on skates at my car having me sign. I'm sure to all the people in the parking lot that it looked as though I was trying to leave without paying. The next day I emailed the owner Tiffany a letter of complaint describing everything that happened. She emailed me back a lengthy message justifying and making excuses for each thing that went wrong! Not even an apology. She wrote it seems you only had a problem with the food but I'm told the kids had a good time the kids had a good time. It certainly wasn't the message I was expecting. Her message just added insult to injury. I responded to her with a simple message writing "An apology would have been more appropriate than excuses." She didn't respond back. So that same day I contacted SpinNations and was told Tiffany was in the Bahamas were I believe she said she spends 7 months out of the year and is rarely at the rink. She told me that I should speak to Nick the manager and that she would have him call me. She also informed me that Meghan was in training and she heard that Tiffany said she probably wouldn't have a job there much longer.Nick never called me. Im sorry but this is just not good business relations. I am a very dissatisfied customer and Tiffany's message spoke loud and clear that she didn't care! Nick not returning my call further showed a total disregard for me and my complaints. So because of the very poor customer service, incompetent, unfriendly staff and Tiffany and Nick's total disregard they totally deserve this review.SpinNations Skating CenterSports & RecreationSpinNations Skating Center's photo.

I love skating and when I saw what their place looks like, I fell in love instantly! It's my first time going here and they never failed to impress me!

Went to Spinnations Skate Center, in Port Richey, FL to check it out. They have a matinee session on Saturdays from 1-4. This is definitely the best indoor skating rink in the state of Florida, and maybe in the USA competing with Orbit Skate Center in Palatine, IL for the first place. Definitely worth the trip to Port Richey. No Wonder the rink was selected to hold the Tampa Classic Inline Skating Indoor Competitions in April 2014
