Visited for the first time since new owners took over. At first glance everything looks the same but it's not. Much cleaner and 10 of the 16 lanes work very well. Its not the best yet but give the new guy credit he's really trying.Food needs a lot of work but I think it will get better as more people realize it's a new owner and old customers return.New management is very pleasant and knows how to treat their customers.I am a disgruntled former customer from the old owners and I hope for the best. With constructive criticism and continued participation I think we can have a first class facility in a town with not much to offer. And now for my own suggestions: offer free WiFi and people will bring their kids and grandkids (league bowlers) who will buy more food.Make sure your food is fresh. Nacho chips should always be fresh and the cheese hot.French fries should be cooked longer so they are not under cooked. Clean clean clean.Make sure the bathrooms are always clean, don't wait till you close to clean.I know the customers make a mess but you have to keep them clean all the time.Vacuum your rugs and mop the floors everyday. If your customers see that you care they will also.Don't let your employees do the bare minimum.Expect them to always go above and beyond. Customer service.Smile and welcome your customers. Always be pleasant. Your employees should always wear clean clothes and wash their hands. (2 of your employees always have dirty greasy hands.Change your a.c. filters once a month. When you dry mop your lanes before oiling clean filters will help with the dust. Please work on your food. The better it is the more you will sell.Don't mess up a simple hot dog or hamburger.Learn to make a really good chili for a bowl or for chili dogs or nachos. Preventive maintenance. Always clean, vaccum and oil your machines. Every couple of months clean out your ball returns. Have a checklist for daily, weekly and monthly things to do.Be organized. The checklist will do wonders.Have a plan and stick to it.Let your employees know you are there to make a profit and to provide a service to paying customers who you want to return again and again. Remember you are a new small business and it takes alot of hours and hard work and good employees to make it work. Again good luck and I wish you the best.

A 16 lane bowling facility with only 6 lanes working.Dirty, leaky roof, smallest food portions, nasty frozen food.If you bowl your lane will breakdown every 5 minutes or if you use your own ball it will be scratched or chunks the size of a nickle will be knocked out of your ball.Owner and workers are foul-mouth, rude ,crude, mean, nasty, cheap, money grubbing people. The ceiling tiles are water stained and deformed from years of roof leaking. They charge $1 for a drink refill. They removed the water fountain so you have to buy water.Watch out for potholes in the parking lot for there are many. There is supposed to be a new owner soon but don't be fooled. THE SAME PEOPLE will still be running it.So you have been warned. If want to be yelled at,served nasty frozen food, bowl on old old old worn out lanes and equiptment good luck.Save your money and go to Lake City and bowl in a super clean, modern, well maintained, friendly, and with a very professional owner and employees. If you go to Lake City you will be surpised to learn that both bowling alleys are the same age.If you are still in doubt, before you go ask anyone who lives in Live Oak about the place.
