We had a child's birthday party here where we were able to reserve a pavilion for the afternoon, the entrance fee for the host of the party was reasonable, and the children had a great day at the water park.I can highly recommend this for a birthdayparty. I hear other great things about the Aquatic Center and the indoor pool but have never tried it.

I really loved the outdoor pool area!! This summer I had a blast and I can't wait for next summer!! The lazy river around the pool is so fun, even for adults ;)

Only a few years old, this is a great environment for families and serious swimmers. The indoor option holds meets but they have time for members or day swimmers. The outside pool has slides and a small water park which is a great mother's day out with children.

I have been here more than a few times especially with my grown children and / or my grandchildren. Outside they have water slides and all sorts of gadgets that spray or dump water on you. They have a large lazy river that you can walk in or body float in. It has a nice current that just pulls you along. I have been known to walk / float that river for a 3 hour non stop stretch. They have tons of beach chairs and lounges and a few shaded cabanas. The only thing I do not like is there is not complete separation from the small kids area where the water is 1 or 2 feet deep to the adjoining river with the currents. It's concerns me that a small child might get over into the river. When you have had enough fun in the sun you can head on in to the two indoor pools. One is a fantastic therapy pool very very accessible for handicapped folks. There is even a area that is like a hot tub. The indoor facilities are open year around. Sure wish this place was closer than 35 miles from me.

We went on a Tuesday for the outdoor section. We got a cabana, big mistake. $50 for 4 hours. There is enough shade if you go early. Plenty of lifeguards to watch the kids. It was wall to wall with mostly kids. They have a snack bar, prices were not too bad. Can't bring in food from the outside unless you rent a cabana. Lots of rules, read before you go.

I'm not sure how they manage to do it with the volume of kids swim teams who train there but the water is always crystal clear, not too cold or warm, and I don't get the chlorine sneezes for the rest of the day. I think that the high ceilings help a lot and I like the big windows on 2 sides which give it a very airy feelings. As a triathlete I especially like the time of year when they change the configuration to 50 meters which means a lot less turns during a 2 mile training swim. There are always a couple of lanes open even after school hours when the teams come in. On days when there are swim meets the parking gets tight. They offer daily passes for $5 or you can buy an annual pass. I also like the location right next to 400 at Exit 16 which is easy access. There is also a beginners pool which is warmer and offers a ramp entry as well as an outdoor kiddy pool that is very popular in the summer. The only downside is that since it was built on taxpayer dollars by the county the changing facilities are very Spartan concrete block with tiny lockers.

My kids and I love visiting the aquatic center in the summer. There is so much to do that the kids are entertained for hours. There is a lazy river with jets and dumping water buckets. There is a good size water slide. There is a shallow area for younger kids as well as a climbing area with water guns and a huge water bucket up top that slowly fills and dumps on the kids every few minutes. This seems to be a favorite area. There are plenty of lounge chairs for the adults. There are also an adequate amount of life guards on duty. A concession stand is available for reasonable prices. We love to visit!

Swim lessons available all year round. Group aquatic classes all year round and pools for lane swimming available at different times. Swim teams are here for participating. The summer out door water area is great for playing. However a spot for a parent etc. to work with a child on swimming did not seem to be available inside or in the summer outdoor pool.

My wife and I swim each morning at 6:00a.m. The staff is great and the water is warm ... especially for us "older generation" who need to get our joints warmed up in the morning. Yearly member ship is very reasonable.

It is a pretty fun place for kids .they have a toddler splash area and a dump bucket tower and a mini lazy river .cost about 5 per person to get in .check hours before going because they vary a lot.they also have indoor pools for sports and therapy.lifeguards here too .
