spille beach

Spille Beach is not famous, but is one of the cleanest in the Adriatic cost. It is in a village, 45 minutes from the main high way that connects Tirana with South Albania. There is a little pine forest between the hotels and the seashore. The sand and water are clean, but the village is not developed. It is quite though and safe. We stayed at hotel Sara- the owners had lived in the States, they did good business- food was healthy and good in quality and quantity. The only thing is that the hotel did not have a yard for kids to play, even though there is a little park for children 7 minutes away.

Spille is a small village, near Kavaja City(1 hour and 30 minutes from city, by car) It has a very beautiful nature and the sea is very clear, but the services and hotels are not good. There is a stripe of trees, kind of forest and then starts the beach. Another good thing is that there you can find bio foods and very delicious fish. It is recommended for families, or groups. Very near to it in the north of Spille, 40 minutes by foot, it is located 'Plazhi i Gjeneralit', which is a small bay, very beautiful where are located some small wooden houses which you can rent. On the other side, in the south side of Spille, you can see discharge of Shkumbin river.

The beach in spille is large, the sand quality is very nice, it is away from the over crowded beaches south of durres, still not too far to drive.

Spiaggia davvero fantastica! La qualità della sabbia è eccelsa, e la quantità è indescrivibile, ci si può affondare dentro! Il prezzo della vita è bassissimo, e negli albergo si mangia molto bene! La pineta che precede la spiaggia è indescrivibile! Magia tangibile! Si possono fare camminate lunghissime sul bagno asciuga, e le colline che fiancheggiano la spiaggia rendono il panorama meraviglioso!
