Great day out on the pass and remember if you are over 60 you get a concession. The museums are all well presented and ironbridge has some lovely coffee shops and nice shops which broke up the day.

The passport ticket for all 10 attractions makes this good value for money despite the fact that I felt one or two of the museums were a little disappointing. We went in half term and were a little surprised that there wasn't more going on. I thought the tile museum was particularly interesting. The cafes where available were all good for a drink and snack. We found the time estimated for each of their information was higher than we needed but perhaps we didn't fully explore every site, probably everything could be done satisfactorily in one day. Getting between the sites was fine, and car parking easy to use. If you are an adult only group don't waste time going to enginuity, it really is just for the kids!

So many varied and interesting locations in such a small area, the passport ticket is a must. The Jackfield Tile Museum is stunning. Its not cheap but it must cost a fortune to provide these historical insights.

With the passport good value for money. This lasts for a whole year so it's not really expensive, my wife and I have used the pass more than once

We visited in January as a family. It was expensive to enter but not crowded for a Saturday. There was sufficient parking close to the entrance but this was at an additional charge. There was a wide variety of shops and demonstrations throughout the exhibit and these were generally good. We ate above the pub which is a table service restaurant. It was a small menu (not a complaint) with soup, sandwiches etc. The food was average and quite expensive (I guess not unexpected for a visitor attraction). It is worth noting that the chips (from the fish and chip shop) are not gluten free. We spent about 4 hours here and pretty much covered all there was to see in that time.

We thought the exterior of these buildings was attractive. The history was interesting but overall we thought that it was too expensive -- an there is parking to be paid on top of the entry costs. They have geared things towards education and children which is good.

Spent 5 days here, so much to see, so interesting. Needed more time! Even though it was winter we had lovely walks. All the attractions were quiet which I think enhanced our experience.

Not the best of value compared to other museums in the Shropshire area. All over rather quickly. The video was interesting and the scaled model of the Gorge dating back to the late 18th century was excellent - it put things in context. Overall, the museum gives a good introduction to the history and development of the Gorge.

We are frequent visitors to Blists Hill and Enginuity for the kids. Its not far from where we live and makes a cheap day out as we have the annual pass. There is something in Ironbridge for everyone. Many of the car parks are also covered by one entry fee.The kids find most of the museums surprisingly interesting. There is usually something 'hands on' that they can do.Well worth a visit.

We chose the annual pass, which is excellent value for money. A couple of the museums/attractions were closed for the Winter timetable but in the two full days we had in the area we managed five of them without rushing. Dont miss the Victorian Village - so informative and despite being 55 year olds we loved Enginuity!! Park in the "Ironbridge Gorge museums" car parks where possible as you only pay once and can then drive and park at others on the same day. Thoroughly recommend.

The Museum of the Gorge is very interesting. It has excellent displays which tell the story of Coalbrookdale and the iconic Ironbridge itself. A highly informative film gives the broad overview, explaining how the area came to be so significant and what drove the main players of the age to achieve what they did.It is a good idea to start your stay with this museum, as it paves the way for everything else. It is not large, therefore suitable for children. Get them to spot the lines on one part of the walls which show the flood levels over the centuries and be ready for some surprises!

We decided we would visit Ironbridge when visiting family in Wales and decided to look whether Tesco Clubcard days out covered it and we were pleased to see that it did. Using £15 of clubcard vouchers which quadruple to £60 it meant we only had to pay £8 on the day for the Annual Family Passport Ticket which covers 2 adults and 2 children (although we only had 1 child we could of added another if we wanted to come again). This is the best value ticket as there are 10 museums/attractions. You can visit each of these once during a 12 month period and if after 12 you have not visited any then you can have 1 more visit free.We had looked online and got a leaflet and researched which sites we would probably most like to visit and see how many we could get round on the one day. We did actually get round 7 out of 10 which we were very pleased with and still have 12 months to do the rest if we choose. We started with a visit to Blists Hill Victorian town. On the map it shows which car parks are covered by the museums which you buy one ticket on pay and display and it only costs £1.50 and then when you move to the other car parks covered by them you are still covered by this same ticket as long as you display it.We had to pay and display in ironbridge by the car park by Museum of the Gorge and then walked to the Ironbridge itself. This was a short stay car park which cost £2.80 for 3 hours!!! We were probably an hour or so doing both of these and thought the Council are over charging for the car parking bearing in mind you can park for £1.50 for all day in the Museums car parks and move from one to the other.Blists Hill was fantastic, and I have been before a long time ago but still thoroughly enjoyed it. We bought sweets in the sweet shop and went in the pub and bought a lovely iron Ironbridge door stop as a souveneir we also went to the bakery when the freshly baked bread was due to come out and got a warm loaf! Also got the best tasting flapjack too! We saw some people eating battered fish and it looked really nice and if we hadnt brought lunch with you would definately been tempted with that! It was the Saturday at the end of the October half term holidays and they were doing a firework display that evening but you had to buy separate tickets for that, which had actually all sold out when we arrived that day in the morning so if you are thinking about this for next year, get your tickets early. It was the last weekend for the tar tunnel, which if you are very tall might be feeling a little cramped but everyone is supplied with hard hats and you just walk down the tunnel and back at your own pace or the person in front of you!We also visited the Coalport China museum and Jackfield Tile Museum but was a little disappointed to see that the making of the tiles was not open at weekends but still enjoyed it. We visited Museum of the Gorge and obviously walked across the Ironbridge itself and visited the Tollhouse. Finally we visited Coalbrookdale Museum of Iron and visited the Furness. Unfortunately we ran out of time to visit the Darby Houses which is just up a path from the old furness. Enginuity is just the other side of the road with another car park to the Museum of Iron and Darby Houses and as stated before all these car parks are covered by the £1.50 ticket if for example you purchased it at Blists Hill car park.An excellent day out and if you can only go for the one full day it is still worth getting the Annual Pass rather than buying tickets individually for each attraction as this can amount up to quite a considerable amount! A child is classed up to the age of 18 years which is unusual on places but a pleasant surprise.Highly recommend for a very interesting and brilliant day out. Love the fact that at Blists Hill they have people just walking around and serving in shops and in the houses etc dressed and acting the part of who they are but they will also ask any questions you may have. The school lesson is worth a visit!
