the house of the russian city council

This house was originally built in the 17th century and restored a few years ago. It is one of the oldest houses in Kamianets-Podilskyi and it is situated in what was the Armenian Quarters of the old town area, not far from the City Hall and the Armenian Well. It is a good example of 17 th Century architecture with some unusual features. As we visited the building in the evening I do not know whether it is open to the public or not.
