We visited it two weeks ago. We were going to Vinã Del Mar and decided to stop in Casad Del Bosque to visit and have lunch. Not was the best decision we made. The place is beautiful, the wine and the food in the restaurant were delicious. I highly recommend it.

I visited this Vinyard 2 years ago (late review, I know). I was touring around with a group of aprox. 10 german tourists (visiting the country because of a wedding). I had made reservations for lunch and a guided tour, but because of overstaying in another Vinyard we arrived late (about 30. min or more) but the people at Casas del Bosque where very accomodating. The wine was good... but the food... was extraordinary! My guests where Very satisfied.. specially when after lunch we could enjoy a nice relaxing nap on the sun chairs...I look forward to visiting again.

The quality of the wines was a little disappointing and I speak for the whole group of 8 that we were. Not bad but nothing special. The experience on the whole was great. Very professional staff, a good, informative tour, lovely setting and even though we didn't eat there, the restaurant ambience (outdoors in the shady patio), looked very inviting. This is only my second vineyard visit so maybe this opinion is not much to rely on.

the place is beautiful. We had an amazing lunch there and tried some good wines, but the guide tour was disappointing, it's too fast and has not much information. The wine tasting was also disappointing. The wines are really nice, but the guide was in a rush. We bought a five glass tasting, when the guide finish his explanation (not more then 15 minutes) we were in our 3rd glass yet. He leave us alone in the room. And he also mixed up the order of some wines

We were a group of 4 and had a day planned through a fabulous hotel in Valporaso called Fauna which included a driver, reservations for a tasting and then a relaxing lunch. Our goal was to sip wine and enjoy the beauty around us. The employees at this winery couldn't have been more rude, said there was no reservation(hotel had a confirmation of it) and no room for lunch (restaurant was empty) we couldn't even buy a bottle of Syrah to have with food we finally bought for a picnic !!! Eventually we tasted but felt unwanted. Never Again!!!!!!

Casas del bosque has a fairly new facility with elegant look. The wine tour was not particularly insighful and started with an overly long video. The tour finished with a tasting of 3 wines. The sauvignon blanc was very enjoyable. Must do in Casablanca.

This is a the best wine yard in central valley, the restaurant is just perfect, lunch on this espectacular location is great and chef/oenologist did a awesome work matching dishes with their wines.wine tour is great in this location, but as all winery, their wine samples are a regular wine.Ask for a wine tasting premium!!

English language tours available, lovely facility. If you are a wine geek, not much you haven't already seen. Wines generally available in US.

This was our second winery for tasting, it is beautifully situated and the gardens and the restaurant are really stunning. The perfect place to have a long lunch on the terrace overlooking the vineyard. The tasting was not too long and we also had a short but informative tour of the winery production areas.

We did the 4 part tasting menu with wine pairing lunch ($65 usd) and had a truly decadent dining experience . Very pleased to have selected the patio/ porch area as it was well shaded from the sun but we will able to enjoy the outdoor and of course the beautiful view of the vineyards. The decor was stylish yet comfortable, staff was attentive , and the visual presentation was perfect. My one criticism would be the wine glasses. At a restaurant within a winery I expected proper stemware; the savigon blanc, the pinot noir and the syrah were all served in the same style glass.

I've been here a couple of time and I have to say this is for me one of my favorite Wineries. Great wine, the tour is really interesting and the restaurant can not better. If you want to spend a day of relax this is the place you have to go.

We'd rate this winery "very good" if we were judging based on the gorgeous grounds. Neatly groomed grass, a play area for kids, and lounge chairs we wished we'd had enough time to lay around in. Unfortunately, the wines were not great, especially for the price. Of the four wines we tasted, the Syrah was quite good. The Pinot Noir was acceptable, but not as delicious as other Pinots we tasted at other Casablanca wineries. Though we don't love Chardonnay, this one was pretty good. But we were shocked at the poor quality of the Sauvignon Blanc. It smelled bad, and it tasted bad. A shock considering the region's reputation for great whites and after we'd tasted many other top-notch Sauvignon Blancs throughout the valley. The tasting was much more impersonal that other wineries. We were shuffled in to a room with several other groups of people, and spent about 15 minutes tasting the four wines I described above. At other wineries, we spent at least 30 minutes with our server and never once were grouped with others. Of course, part of the fun with wine tasting and tours is finding your personal favorite in terms of taste, value and experience. Vina Casas de Bosque wasn't ours (that honor goes to Emiliana in Casablanca and MontGras in Colchagua), but it might be yours.

What a great spot. Sitting on the patio at Casa del Bosque on a warm sunny day, eating good food, drinking great wine, admiring the view and feeling that all is right with the world. All after a fabulous wine tasting and tour. We stopped off on the way from Santiago to Valparaiso. So glad we did.

We stayed for lunch and made a tour afterwards. Quality of the menu was very good and the guided tour & wine-tasting was well organized and with good information. Only the service in the restaurant was a bit chaotic and slow. Anyway, it's worth to visit.

It was a very good tour! George guided us explaining and showing everything! He was very, very friendly and helpful (we booked a private tour in english, but he made an effort to speak in portuguese - it was great for us - we're brazilian). It was very interesting. The wines are very tasty. They are very friendly, but I needed wi-fi, but the shop seller didn't know the password. And we could't eat at the restaurant, 'cause it was closed (it closes on mondays, this time of year).
