We visited Best's Wines for the first time on Australia Day. We were greeted by smiling staff who offered us generous tastings with no pressure to purchase. We did buy 8 bottles of wine which we left with them while we went on a self-guided tour of the cellar with the help of printed directions. What a treat this was! When we arrived back home we discovered a bottle of extra virgin olive oil had been popped into one of our bags. Another unexpected treat! We'll be back, especially for the yummy sparkling shiraz.

Not your usual winery- this cellar door has the original cellars still preserved complete with dust and cobwebs so it also serves as a museum you are free to explore. The wine is pretty good too- we enjoyed the tasting and bought several bottles!

Rustic classic winery, great service, excellent product, well worth the call in. They let you go into the old underground cellars, see my pictures.
