cathedral fig tree

Went to this as part of a tour. Bring bug spray! If you don't keep moving the mosquitoes will have a feast of you.The tree itself is mammoth and really cool!

Well worth a small walk to this wonderful tree. There's a board walk around it and a picture explaining how these stunning trees come about. Beautiful.

Located about 6km off the main highway on a sealed road. Definitely worth a quick look at this huge fig tree. There is a about a 100m walk. There is a board walk around the tree but the walk to the tree is a dirt track (no steps)The turn off is just after you climb the road travelling towards Atherton. If you reach Lake Bernie you have gone too far.
