While not in every tourist book, in fact, probably not-a-one! This distillery is fortunately one of kind. Small, simple and to-the-point. Wild Mountain Cellars does one thing and it does it right. It distills some lovely boutique wines, a few mixers, and a couple of liquors. The added benefit is the charm and friendliness of the manager. That and the distillery is not pretentious unlike others in the region.
