I did this walk in 1.5 hours it was so hilly but so so beautiful, the forrest is huge it actually just feels like you will get lost but luckily the track is easy and you can't go off the track. There is a lot of rest places on the way too where you can sit down to catch your breath, the falls wasn't anything that i expected but it was still very beautiful and satisfying to get there in the end, it would've been really nice if we could have swam in there...looked really shallow and beautiful. It is pretty steep and exhausting if you do the whole walk, the stunning trees and the sunlight hitting through them makes it so enchanting...once you think your almost at the falls your not really....it probably took us 25 minutes to get down so its a 1 hour walk up to the falls. I wouldn't really take kids on this walk otherwise you'll be carrying them up that hill. It says its medium but i think they should've said it was hard..I would do this again for sure...but not anytime soon! going down was easy and nice because you go a different way but its very very steep.!

Drive in from Albion Park, Jambaroo or Roberston. Minnamurra Falls is part of another of our marvellous National Parks. The Rainforest Loop track is extremely well laid out for an easy walk through the forest. The vegetation is amazing. The sound of running water is a constant soundtrack to the walk. This is a place to revel in the joy of nature. Well worth a visit.

The falls are accessed through the Jamberoo Rainforest centre (see separate entry). The walk to the falls has a lot of fairly steep grades and is rated medium. It's certainly good exercise and suggest that this walk is probably a little too much for the unfit. But for the rest of us it rewards us with a view of a fabulous waterfall that would be at home as a set of Lord of the Rings....it's so tranquil. Entry to the carpark and rainforest centre was $11 per car. It's a great place, and an idyllic setting. Go see for yourself.

You can do the loop walk which involves climbing a slightly steeped hill. But I had seen people do it while pushing a pram or carrying a baby on the back. It took about 20 minutes to get to the view. The path was well maintained and there were lots of benches for a sit down to catch your breath or to have a picnic. I could even get phone reception in the middle of this rainforest.

We came to do the walk as part of a day trip. The walk was fairly easy, quite steep going up but really not too hard. You could do it in casual clothes. There are lots of shade and places to rest. It took us less than 1.5 hours to do the loop and falls walk.

I could have stayed there all day. So beautiful. Parks & wildlife staff very friendly & helpful. Loved it

The track is well paved and easy to walk along. The first time I did the walk, I had my 3 yo walking and 1 yo in a back pack carrier. Which was fine until my 3 yo fell and grazed his knee and required carrying too, luckily we were close to the end! The lady at the visitor centre was very friendly and provided a bandaid. I've been back a couple of times since. It is a shame that you are no longer allowed around the rocks at the bottom of the falls and in the rock pools (I totally understand why not and agree with the partition) but my parents talk about when they use to go there as young adults, and you could swim in the rock pools along the way. That would have been awesome.

Minnamurra Falls is a brilliant place to explore. Even if you only have a small amount of time, it is definitely worth trying to see even a little of this beautiful area. If you have a whole day, spend the time exploring the different tracks and look outs - you will not be disappointed!

We arrived & paid $11. at the gate & then parked the car, walked down 3 levels of stairs & then crossed the road into the visitors center, bathrooms are located underneath (pretty average, clean & tidy) & a cafe is a short walk further down the path with average priced food & a limited menu but enough variety. There were plenty of picnic tables available & we seen signs for bbq's.When we got there my 6 year old started whining it was boring, once we got through the door he was off like a rocket he loved it, we both found it a bit hard getting up the path but there are seats along the way so you can stop & rest, you definitely need to take along water & some snacks with you, we were starving half way up lol All the people we passed were very friendly & obliged when we asked to take a photo for us & we returned the favour for others, The tree's keep you cool along with a nice breeze, Tonight my body is aching & my son was asleep very early....We totally enjoyed it & recommend it.

This is a great natural reserve that is 3 hours from Sydney. Be prepared for a longish walk that can be trying if you are not reasonably fit, the signage does not really give you a true indication of difficulty. The paths themselves are very well maintained and mostly decking but some bush track. The coffee shop is fairly basic and does not offer any protection from the elements other than form the rain. In summer it could be unbearably HOT would suggest Spring or Autumn as best times. Take plenty of water and good walking shoes. For you Photographers take plenty of memory. the falls would be best after some rain.

A beaufitul walk facilitating people with mobility restrictions on the lower loop track and regular hikers on a medium graded 2ks upward track. Knowledge signs dot the track explaining about vegetation along the root. The medium track can be felt on the legs but there is lots of chairs along the way to rest and appreciate the forest. It is estimated 1hour for the medium track but we took 40 minutesLots of bird life and some amazing treesToilet facilities are excellent at the visitors centre and there is a small take away food on weekends . However the town of jamberoo is close by and there good food to be purchasedCar existential to get there and we'll dig agedPicnic facilities available including free bbq'sThis is our 2nd visit and would highly recommend itIf you like to swim follow the road to Kiama. Then turn leave and take the bola minamurra exit. This is where falls, the river the sea. Great safe swimming. Fishing, kayaking and coastal walks

Park fee of $11 is well worth it, great walk with good photo opportunities. Saw lyrebirds, fish, wallabies etc.Walk took about 1.5 hours for two fit adults with plenty of photo stops. Falls walk is very steep in places. We started at 9:20am on a Sunday morning and were the only ones there. By mid morning we started to see a lot more people heading up as we were going back.

A nice walk through some pretty south coast rainforest. The part up to the falls is quite steep, but we did it pushing an empty pram (while carrying the baby - gotta love that :-), and it definitely gave us some exercise, and was definitely worth it!

Be prepared for a long walk - well worth the time - we did this with 2 boys who found it to be a great adventure - loved the location and most of the walk was easy going
