I suppose in a budget conscious world we are all looking at value for money and in general this doesn't work out so bad if you are on the rides all day. We had fun, no doubt. It was a lovely sunny day. Everyone (the lifeguards through to the food service) were lovely and polite, even fun. Just the pricing/product takes the star away. Can't argue with the state of the park, everything in good nick and workable. Clean, tidy, etc and their plans for the next 10 years are admirable. We will continue to go and not to the "other" water park on the basis of at least this is private enterprise and not (appearing to be) government funded fun. Would be handy if they had a Luna Park style rides pricing scenario. Saw quite a few "bag and spot" watchers including one of our party and could see how this would help some determine value. You know, full price is total access to rides, second tier for those who are going on the big ones, and an "entry fee" for all those Grans, scaredy cats and bag watchers. Haha

A great day out- value for money. I love the fact you can take your own food and drinks into the park and lots of shade and grass to sit on. Very safe with life guards everywhere. I plan to be a regular visitor

This day was with my teenage kids and 2 other families with younger kids.First time during the January school holidays. We arrived on opening and stayed till closing. Things got a bit busy in the middle of the day making the queue's longer, but compared to other theme parks I've been to, this wasn't a huge problem. All kids had fun, there was something for all age groups. We love it and will go back.Fee's are more expensive than I'd like but if you make a day of it and bring some food along, use the BBQ's, then it makes the day more affordable.

Situated in the beautiful Jamberoo Valley on the South Coast of NSW , this place is so much fun for all ages ,great for kids birthday parties and even teenagers love it .... best views when you ride the chair lift and the bob sled ride down is a lot of fun , take a picnic to save money ,pre book online saves waiting in queues .....

A great park for all ages (areas for toddlers & big kids), nicely spread out so not too crowded in spots, lots of covered huts to leave you stuff + lockers handy & the food outlets were good.

Went back again with our granddaughter and my wife, had another fantastic day,got there about 10-30am and left when park closed at 5-00 pm.We live within walking distance of Wet And Wild and I have been there but would rather go to Jamberoo. The staff were very pleasant and helpful on the rides and food outlets,I cannot understand how some visitors to the park say that the staff are rude and dogmatic,if you are polite to them and follow the rules they will not be rude to you. There was no crowd today and the maximum wait was about 15 min, there was one minor hiccup when the Funnel Web broke down but this was fixed and I went on it 2 times, not bad for a 66 year old snowy. We took our own food again this time which saved us some money but after last time at Wet And Wild not being able to bring food into the park, although they have now changed their policy ,it tended to put us off Wet And Wild.I can thoroughly recommend Jamberoo and will definately return..

Now that Wet n Wild has opened in sydney, queues here are much shorter and on sunny days at the end of the season its hard to beat for kids in the pre 12 age group. Great rides, nice play areas and a relaxing vibe.

Our family attend the park just after the school holidays had ended and the park was great fun all rides were active and supervised. We have agreed to make a year trip to the park with our kids i would recommend this park to any one with kids ☺☺

Nice day out with the family, went on the low season so there was heaps of parking and entrance was dead. The good thing about going low season you get on the rides no waiting times. You have a lot of places to sit etc.

Great place for a fun day out with the family! I have been 3 times now since I was little and never get bored of the place, lots of things to do I.e slides, wave pool, and fun shallow areas for the kids to play. Really enjoyed all the dancing in the wave pool with everyone ! Plenty of shaded areas /BBQ areas, food and drink shops for everyone's needs. The only downfall about our day was that my Aunty went down a slide and the water had stopped so she wasn't moving anywhere and then another person was sent down the slide too soon which resulted in him crashing into her back and head (not his fault). We told a member of staff about the incident and he said he would talk to someone later when he changed his shift position. We were a little surprised as we thought he would have done a bit more to help or at least informed someone of this. We went to the front desk to make a formal complaint in writing and still no one has got back to us. My aunt has been suffering a bad back and head ever since.

It might be costly to get in but it is well worth it. Something there for ages and it is just really good fun . You need to stay there for the whole day to enjoy the experience and and it is a lot of walking around so it is full on . You can buy food or you can take food or use the BBQ areas and lockers are available for $10 for the day.

Family enjoyed all of the rides, from the youngest to myself, I think I"d go back in the quiet season or when NSW go back to school.

You get what you pay for here. In our opinion much better that the Qld water parks. Yes the Qld ones are bigger but this makes up for it by being compact and easy to get to and between rides. There are more than enough rides to accommodate the day visitor. I tend to agree about the attitude of staff although it was only a small issue for our visit. After our toboggan ride the operator called out very loudly for me to carry my toboggan to the pick up area "because they don't get there on their own". Point taken. I then observed the same operator graciously carry the toboggans for a series of young ladies. I could have said something but let it pass. There is no card use at the food outlets as others have noted but you can get CASH OUT at the retail outlets at Jamberoo. You don't have to leave the park to get cash.

Very busy weekend and although the slides are reasonable, these guys are absolutely the rudest, most arrogant staff I have ever encountered at any theme or water park anywhere. They seem on a total power trip, so much so that we were not allowed to sit under shade to supervise little children in a kids pool as this area was supposedly reserved for a takeaway site even though the sign only said no picnic baskets or eskies and even though the staff themselves initially said this area WAS to supervise at this pool. Be careful because these lunatics actually threatened to call the police if we stayed and supervised the children!! We were allowed to have 1 or 2 (their words) adults there only and for a limited time. We were not allowed to keep the kids there for a long time and were forced to take them to other pools even though they wanted to stay here. Please note, we had 5 kids under 7. Have you ever heard such a crazy thing at a theme park? Why on earth would you restrict how long a little kid could sit in a pool???? I think this is almost criminal behaviour from park "Authorities" and I found this completely unacceptable. The sheer arrogance of Rick the "Duty Manager" was unfathomable. Also, don't try to use a gopro here because the fun police won't have it. Even if it is strapped to you securely.

We travelled from the blue mountains to have what we thought would be a fun day!!!Unfortunatley we were met by rude staff very long lines dirty water and very long line ups for the toilet which would lead me to believe that a lot of people would just go in the pool, I truly was concerned for myself and my children getting sick so fingers crossed we went yesterday. The worst experience was when I lined up for the favourite ride the funnel web I told my son to go and play in the pool and come back in 15 minutes it was easily a 45-60min wait when my son came back I was told by a very rude staff member that it was regarded as cue jumping all the people around me tried to say that it was ok he very smugly said it wasn't when I asked for his name or ID he said he didn't have to identify himself. I was quite teary after this experience to be treated so disrespectfully by someone half my age to have paid 200 for us to get in the gate plus petrol food easily a 300.00 day for the four of us!! NEVER AGAIN
