mclaren vale lakeside caravan park

My husband and I just spent the long weekend there. We loved it. The caravan park was full but it was not noisy at all. It was a lovely place to stay. We had an Ensuite and powered site for our camper trailer and I highly recommend that. Will defiently stay there again and would highly recommend. Everything was clean and tidy. The staff at the office were very friendly. Love the ducks walking around the park and also the goose that walks around there too.The only disappointment was there was no water in the lake. Mclaren Vale is such a lovely place to visit. Also loved how the singing gallery has live music every Sunday from 1pm to 6pm. Will be back!!!!

A lovely caravan park, beautiful green lawns all around, spotlessly clean amenities, even though it was very busy it was still really quite and just a lovely spot to relax and unwind, we will definitely be going back and highly recommend it.

perfect location 5 mins walk to coles/bottle o/butcher etc, 10 mins into the main street restaurants and shops and cafes etcstayed several times on powered ensuite sites, and in the cabins. all clean and well maintained. would recommend

Such a lovely caravan park. Had an en-suite site and this was very satisfactory. Great park with lovely outlook and lawned areas. I see there is a pool for kids too!

It was clean and tidy, as you can see in the pictures, price fair and good service. Go and do some wine tasting catch a cab and sleep tight.

nice and pretty spot for a caravan park, we had an ensuite site that was very pleasant, close to the wineries, but far enough away to feel like your in the country. the owners were very helpful and obliging. would we go back, yes, great caravan park!!

This caravan park was a peaceful, pretty place to stay. Good, clean amenities and facilities. It was well patronised but everyone had plenty of room to move. It is a pet friendly establishment. Surrounded by vines and wineries, local cafes and restaurants with good reputations, plus supermarkets and service station. Good walking, cycling trails plus the Shiraz Trail can be followed for a great winery experience. We ate at Bracegirdles which was excellent. The park itself had good grassed sites; some were drive through. Highly recommend it.
