We did the Tanama adventure and it was awesome. It was long but we enjoyed every minute of it. It's not too hard so anyone can do it.

I really recommended this experience if you are looking for an entreme adventure inside the country side of the island. You have to be mentally prepared to be 6 hours on a river, caves and the forest, and the tour starts at 7:00am, that is a 2 hour road trip to where the tour starts if you are staying in SJ. It is a really exciting and enduring experience that have to be done once in a lifetime. Although, I do not recommend the tour if you have knee or back problems, because there is a lot of hiking to get to the river and to be out of the forest. The staff are really prepared and experienced, And they were really attentive. Do not expect fancy facilities on the start point, take seal snacks that can be wet and a lot of hydration, take 1 set of dry clothes for changing after the tour and have a good breakfeasf before.

We had an incredible time, incredible adventure and felt safe. An adventure the kids will never forget. I've done multiple adventures in PR and this one is also worth seen, in addition that it's probably the only one were they take free pictures. 2 complaints though, it was hard to get to the meeting spot, lots of curves through a small road, and when we got there, there is no sign outside of the place. Some other adventures pick you up in a safe location. The response back should be faster, I sent 2 emails and got no reply, I then called and was able to leave a message and heard back the next day. Also, they should send you an email or text with specifically what to bring, how to dress, etc. Some people showed up with no food. Aventuras Tierra adentro is a lot harder of an adventure but they are super organized. But definitely the actual adventure was AWESOME!

It was truly amazing. I did things where I was so scared to try it, after all I am 59 years young with a lot of ailments but my tour guide Lolo was incredibly reassuring in everything I did. I want to thank him mostly and the ladies that went with me for allowing me to feel one with nature for the very first time in my life. God bless and keep doing what you doing.

Excellent tour! The guide was very informative, and helpful. Very safe to go to, and I learned quite a lot about the place! Highly recommended!

It is amazing place in Puerto Rico that you must go. For aventureo staff the safety is first, that is very important in this kind of adventure. I highly recommended this tour.

I actually visited in July 2012. The tour guides were amazing. They made this trip the best. Our adventure was great and they told us about many other fun adventures that we could go on on the island as my boyfriend and I were visiting Puerto Rico. They then showed us an amazing place to eat dinner and get dessert. I definitely recommend this to anyone seeking adventure. Be far warned that this is not for those who are not accustomed to the outdoors. The tour guides will help but this can be a little physically challenging.

Hice una reservación con estas personas para el tour del rio Guajataca, la primera vez me cancelaron por condiciones del tiempo y me dieron opción para hacer el tour de Tanamá, el cual no acepté porque ya he ido, por lo que la pospusé para el siguiente dia en el rio Guajataca. Vuelven y me cancelan, no me responden el teléfono, les escribo y nada, les dejo mensaje de voz y nunca devolvieron llamada. Hice un último intento para otra fecha y cuando me estoy preparando en esa misma mañana a las 5am me cancelan por supuestas condiciones del tiempo, llamo inmediatamente luego de recibir el mensaje de texto con la cancelación y no me responden. Es un relajo lo que tienen pues en las fechas que me han cancelado otras personas que conozco y van por cuenta propia, han hecho kayaking los mismos dias de mis reservaciones y no tuvieron problemas con el clima. EVITEN EL TOUR DE GUAJATACA CON ESTAS PERSONAS!

Mi familia y yo estamos muy agradecidos por la gentileza y su gran sentido del humor que tienen que hicieron esta Aventura con grandes retos una maravillosa, hemos visitado a PR, pero esta gira en el Rio Tanama esta brutal. Nos encanto y volvermos pronto con ustedes en kayak al rio de Arecibo.
