This was a nice place to spend a couple hours. There is a food court with a combination of American chains and some local Creole flavor. (I opted for the latter!) There's a good variety of shops. If you have a sweet tooth, I recommend stopping at Xocolat and sampling some tasty chocolate. The mall is not hard to find. I had a rental car, and parking was easy in a parking garage attached to the mall. I think it's also on the metro line and would be easy to get to via public transportation.

It is the best designed shopping mall. Everything converged towards the center of the football shaped mall. There is a good mis of stores, cafes, supermarket and restaurants. Ample parking, parking is free! A couple restaurants have a terrace overlooking the city. Great for lunch. Unfortunately the main access to the mall ( Lincoln avenue) my be very congested so plan for 10-15 more minutes depending on the time of day.

This is my favorite mall when it comes to eating, shopping or just going to the bank. The banks are open until 9:00 pm on weekdays which is great and the amount of variety in stores is very versatile.

Good shopping centre. Essentially a Westfield. Good mix of shops, and reasonable prices. Seemingly on par with USA.

I love to shop and it had all of my stores in there. Forever 21 was huge. We also went to the movie theatre inside. It was all very nice and clean.

I had some hours to kill during the holiday. It was a lot of fun to walk around here. Many choices for casual food and coffee. Tons of stores, mostly for women :) Most stores I can't find even in the US. They are other European and Latin American chains. JUMBO grocery store attached. Great bathrooms.

This mall has it all..great parking lots, but it comes too many people, excellent place to shop and have a coffee, go to the movies or get groceries, anything you want in one place.

It is the "Plaza Central or Plaza Naco" of the new times. (2011-?) Until its fame is gone (it is likely to happen to almost every mall with the passage of the time). Now they have their Boom, tomorrow they are totally forgotten, especially in DR) This mall is aimed to a certain kind of market, especifically, the high, middle high class market, and maybe middle class could struggle do some shopping with some monetary effort. In my personal impression. I finally denote that there are more crowd of people in it than real buyers.

The mall is beautiful specially the stores. They have forever 21, Jumbo, Helados Bon (Yogurt only), a place for kids and many other nice restaurants. One drawback is that it gets too crowded to get in and get out. I took us about 15 minutes to get out of the mall because of traffic outside of it. Free parking which is good. I would recommend it for shopping purposes but not much for entertainment for adults.

There is a bunch of nice stores, but nothing too special. there is an area for the kids and the food court is not bad. not the big thing and when we went is was crowded
  • LaModena
Nice stores, you find everything. La Cuchara de Madera is a "must-visit" sweet spot, enjoy a true "Dominican cake"

What a great mall! Something to do for everyone - take the kids to ScreamLand and the adults can enjoy the varied shopping. There are stores you'll be familiar with from the U.S. as well as great local stores; bank services; and a GINORMOUS food court. Stop by Heladerio Valentino on the main level - just outside the Jumbo - absolutely rich and delicious ice cream flavors! If you are looking for local souvenirs, this really isn't your mall - you can find a few limited items in the Jumbo, but your best pricing will be found in the markets and small souvenir shops everywhere in Santo Domingo. You really can make it an almost all-day affair at Agora Mall!
