When I first enetered the mall, it was nice. There were a few shoppers and the mall has a tight security. As I was walking around the vicinity, I found some vacant stalls ready to be occupied.

Largest, newest, nicest mall in town. A lot of shops and department stores to find anything and everything you might be looking for. Good food in many different restaurants.

Getting here is easy as any driver knows the location. Inside you will find busy shops with friendly folks. Stopped in just to get something to eat and find an ATM. Really clean and well maintained.

Not a pet friendly mall, unlike sm davao. They allow pets inside the mall.i suggest the same in sm gensan.

Very good place to hangout... but not the best place to take a grocery... food court is really good and a wide range of restaurant from pizza to smoothes

lack of shops but overall its one great shopping mall, its wide and has al fresco, new shops atleast and best of all i love iTea..lol

Nice mall to get out of the GenSan heat of the day. Prices are comparable to US stores not what you see anywhere else in the Philippines. It is one place in town where you can get almost anything found in the US.

sm malls really make the general santos city more popular but in term of shopping there are no really wide selection of items specially at their department store which has no sports items department. and also their price is a lot expensive than other malls. also very noisy when there is a show in the middle of the mall. they offer free gift wrapping last december but they wrap it not that pretty so we just rewrap it at home.

Have had numerous visits to SM Mall the shopping is great with a wide selection of products and stores very clean .Some exiting entertainment over Christmas and new year though the acoustics made it impossible to shop when entertainment was going on' the echoes made enjoyable listening impossible .clean and spacious though prices were a little higher than other venues in the city .the comfort rooms were clean but lacked basic Hygienic products no parer or dippers in the toilets not even paper towels and the soap dispensers were always out of product .very disappointing for a facility such as this .A visit to the cinema was spoiled by A; the air conditioning set so low that if you didn't have a heavy jacket you shivered through the whole movie .B:the number of patrons using mobile devices through the performances .I was relieved of 2 cameras on entering but there were people openly filming on their i Pads .and loud cellphone conversations were frequent .C; rubbish bins were non existent and the patrons just littered the seats and aisles with their rubbish and unconsumed food .the cleaners came in between performances but only had time for a rudimentary cleanup before the next crowd flocked in .Overall a disappointing experience .

SM GenSan has a big problem with acoustics, very noisy at the best of times but when a band is performing .... keep well away from the place. Restaurants disappointing with the exception of Ranchero's.

まだオープンしたばかりなのでショップは埋まってません。KCCやロビンソンよりエアコンが効いていて寒いです。しゃぶしゃぶ＆焼肉食べ放題のお店があります。しゃぶしゃぶはスタッフにしゃぶしゃぶ用に薄くスライスするようお願いしないと日本のようなしゃぶしゃぶは食べられませんので注意。夜は墳水がライトアップされてきれいです。食材はKCCのほうが新鮮な気がします。観光客ならこのSMに行けば他のモールは行く必要はないです。スタバも入ってます。
