Never flat & boring, great sights & challenging if you want but not too much for beginners. Love biking past the cow pastures!

Great paths. Not for the leisure riders. Bumpy, roots, hills, and other cool surprises along the way. They have different paths for different levels but you're in for a good workout anyway. Wear a helmet! I forgot mine and ended up falling in a creek. Thankfully it wasn't a big deal but would have been had I fallen in other locations. Absolutely gorgeous scenery once you break through to the field portion. Might consider taking a picnic.
