A nice waterfall with glacial potholes with history that began with the Native American's. Small shops of all types and eateries within walking distance along with The Bridge of Flowers, that is seasonal. Photographic area. Free parking.

There really isn't a lot to see, but then there aren't lots of attractions in Shelburne Falls! Definitely worth a walk down to see the falls and the potholes.

Whether browsing or shopping for that unique item, Salmon Falls is the place to go. They have an incredible array of local artisans' work, incluidng Josh Simpson. The staff is welcoming and knowledgable. The items are creatively displayed. Quality is evident throughout.

A terrific place if you like your souvenirs "upscale" and "local". A fantastic selection of hand-made glass items by Josh Simpson. I had seen his work at the Currier Museum on a recent trip to Manchester, NH, and was thrilled to be able to pick up a couple of his pieces. There's also a fine selection of potter, woven items, metalwork, paintings and prints, and ceramics. No decal-covered junk here!

Being from the west, I love rivers that run year round. The falls are just part of the beauty of the Deerfield River that flows thru Shelburne Falls.
