Okay for a walk but nothing spectacular. The view is very nice and there is a bit of wildlife viewing.

The best time to go is in the summer. I don't live there but I wish I could! I like to walk my dogs around the meadow as they flush out rabbits before the Sunday night band concerts. The town common by the meadow with Mount Wachusett in the distance is incredible! The general store, only 3 or 4 buildings from the meadow is fun to visit. If you are into architecture, such as Bulfinch, Greek,and colonial, this is a must trip where you can spend peaceful hours just walking in awe. Do yourself a favor and visit next summer!
