Great time for the family. A little pricey on the food, but other than that it was a great time for the children.

I normally don't do this, but I've never received such a wonderful service at the tradewinds lounge. I had Maria as a server she was very attentive her knowledge of the menu was very impressive. My wife had the grilled chicken margarita and it was very tasteful. I couldn't decide what to eat so Maria asked me what I'm in a mood for and I said something very comforting and she recommend chicken Parmesan which it was not on the menu but she went out of her way to make sure I get it. Needless to say it was EXCELLENT!!!! She rocks! Had the best experience will definitely go back again!

They do a great job and it is year round in New England, where we just had 8 feet of snow. It is great to be in water park knowing there is all that snow outside and your swimming. The price is high but there is fun in the water.

You are correct; CoCo Key Water Park in Danvers is a great place for kids to enjoy the water. We also provide an atmosphere where our adult guests can relax and enjoy watching the kids have fun, too. Our Coconut Grove Adventure River is fun for the entire family, as well as our Wet Rooster Bar, where parents can enjoy a tropical beverage or a light snack while the kids play. As you can imagine, because of the recent abundance of snow and frigid temps, not only has our water park been extremely busy, but battling the outside temperatures has been a constant struggle. We absolutely apologize for the challenging experience you have described. Unfortunately, due to the extreme cold outside, our heaters just were unable to keep up and the temperatures inside could not be maintained at 84 degrees. The past few weeks have been record setting, in both attendance at our park and in temperatures throughout the region. Each instance, whether it be the delivery of food items, keeping up with cleaning or the temperatures within the park have presented us with a learning experience and we will work to ensure nothing like this happens in the future. We’re so pleased to hear that you and your son were able to enjoy a day out together, despite the frigid temps all around the Boston area lately. Please accept our apologies for the chillier temps within CoCo Key Water Park in Danvers; the issue has since been fixed and we look forward to providing all of our guests with a warm retreat from here on out.
