dam riverboat company

Mark Twain Riverboat in North Little Rock, Arkansas is OPEN and has been since 2013. TripAdvisor still shows the Arkansas Queen Riverboat which closed in 2012. DAM Riverboat Company brought in an authentic paddle wheel boat called the Mark Twain. The owners said they've been very frustrated with TripAdvisor as they've been trying for 2 years to get them to remove the old boat company and put the Mark Twain up but you can't hardly talk to anyone and when you do you get the same answer that they will check it out...falls on deaf ears and TA does nothing. Guess TA doesn't have qualified people who know how to take down a listing and replace with a new one when the business happens to be at the same address with the same phone number as the old company. Every time the owner tries to put up their boat company and the Mark Twain, they get a confirmation email stating their business has been listed and to click on the link to view it and when you click the link it pulls up the old boat company and shows it as closed. WOW how confusing to the public by keeping up inaccurate information...also puts a damper on companies..pretty pathetic. Come on TripAdvisor get it corrected...stop confusing the public...get the old one off and the new company up.
