We were fortunate to be allocated Captain John of Summit Charters on a recent stopover in Wrangell to navigate us up the treacherous waters of the Stikine River in his jet boat.An entertaining commentary and eagle eye on the wildlife kept us entertained for the entire journey. What an amazing way to explore this remote and wild part of Alaska. Highlights included getting right up amongst the icebergs at the headwaters of the river, drifting along some of the tributaries looking for wildlife and spotting a moose in the grassland by the river. Amazing journey and highly recommend this crew.
