Staff was friendly, laser tag was fun for our young kids. two birthday rooms available. There is also go carts and arcade games in the building. Building is older and a little drafty in the winter. Good for long Alaskan winters...

We were in fairbanks got the weekend and decided to head to the North Pole! My boys, including my husband, didn't want to leave! The go carts and arcade in the same area would have kept them busy all day!

You can have fun here at Zip Zaps for about $100; that will get you 20 rounds I believe which is plenty of play time but kind of expensive. The equipment needs to go through a more rigorous repair/replace process, some suit gear works better than others creating a disadvantage in the play room. Some gear is just busted up and needs to be replaced but ultimately a whole new set up of more modern ware should be purchased. Their suits are quit old and bulky... The play room or "Battle Room" has been in the same arrangement since the place opened, you would think by now they would have come up with a different arrangement for the players. So as I said...needs upgrades.
