craft farms golf course

I played both 18 hole courses here, and loved them both. Cypress Bend is easier than Cotton Creek in my opinion, but both are nice. The wind can really blow here, but the layouts are beautiful. Great range, lots of birds, some houses, but a nice couple of 18s. Well kept also.

I played here (Cypress Bend) over MLK holiday weekend for the first time. There was a slight frost delay that morning, but having the first tee time, the staff allowed us out as soon as the maintenance workers got a jump start. The course was in very good course even with heavy rain a few days prior. The greens were fantastic and the balled rolled really well and true (not terribly fast). It was a nice round of golf and I will certainly play the course again when in the area.

WIthout going into the full story, our foursome was HOUNDED by the marshall. Finally he asked us to skip holes and jump over to holes we had played. Admittedly, we were a bit slower than the members right behind us, who were rude and hollered. We were not that slow and had a good time until the turn. I will NEVER go back to this course. Full greens fee is $125 but they do have specials.
