The unbeatable sight of the sunset is something you can never find anywhere else. The shades of the backwater, the distant shimmering of the downtown and the canopy of the beautiful clouds of Mobile is a secret best kept. You have to walk little further on the boardwalk and reach the peer. The peer is good for fishing too. On any day, you can just sit on the shores and look at the city that looks like a far away land and enjoy a serenity that only Mobile can provide.

We stopped by this place for a short time. It was nice but there were many RVs and trucks, even during holiday.

We often go here to walk out on the pier and then along the boardwalk, which takes you out to a small beach and pier. My young boys always enjoy the walk and always get at least sandy! The walk is very easy so good for anyone who isn't up for serious hiking.

nice views, warning about alligators, close to hotel, nature walk which bordered the bay area. highway was nearby, which was a little noisy.

My husband and I were looking for something to kill a little time and we found this park. We are so glad we did. It was very nice and well maintained, the restrooms were very clean. There are several signs that say not to leave valuables in your car, but we never felt unsafe there. There is a fantastic walking trail and several piers that take you out over the water in different places. The plant, flowers and trees are absolutey beautiful. There are signs warning of snakes and alligators but we didn't see any. We did see several birds, lizards, butterflies and a few fish. There are so many places to take pictures. I wish we had packed a lunch.

I go to this little refuge often and am never disappointed - so many species of water fowl - love it. the restroom is always clean and the people who take care of the park are very nice.

I have visited the area several times and always enjoy the park. It is well maintained and is located perfectly. The playground is good for children and the pier is nice as well. It is very peaceful and a pleasure to visit. I will definitely be back whenever I am in the area.

me and my lil boy love going here its a nice walk and he loves to play on the beach. Its always clean, nice and fun.

This is a place to bring family or friends when they visit. I really enjoy walking my dogs at Bayfront! You can enjoy a walk on the pier, rest in the gazebo, walk a path to see Jackson's Oak, or stroll on a boardwalk to catch a glimpse of a gator below! Another option is taking a sandy walk to the bay shoreline. his is a fabulous place to pause to view the pelicans, fishing boats, or people flying kites. This is one of my favorite places to visit!

Large parking lot and playground are at top of the hill. (Handicapped parking available at bayfront). Take a leisurely walk down the ramp to catch the sunset over Mobile Bay.
