We stopped in for dinner. We got there ten minutes before they closed abd were going to move on, but they insisted we stay. We never felt rushed even though we left 30 minutes ahead their closing time. Great little spot for yummy sandwiches and shopping. They even gave my kids free ice cream scoops. We had a great peach pie.

We were told to stop here on a road trip for a Peach Swirl. It was such an awesome building! With great produce, items to purchase, and ice cream counter. I think it was called a Peach Swirl but it was a frozen yogurt shake with fresh peaches in it. Oh man, I crave it now. Sadly, I live in the Midwest and will not be able to visit soon but I think of it often.

We stop at Durbin Farms Market every single time we pass through the area. EVERY time. Along with delicious baked goods and ice cream in flavors like peach butter pecan (you must try this), there's a nice farmer's market. We usually get ice cream, drinks. There's lots of seating indoors and a couple of tables outside. If we're headed home, pick up fresh vegetables to cook for dinner or peaches for snacks. The staff is nice and friendly. Adequate parking. Extremely convenient location just off I65. One thing to remember... There's additional parking just past the building. So many times, people try to cram in up front and don't realize the amount of parking over on the side. There's a small concrete picnic table at the rear of that parking area and a little space to walk your dog. Again, great place to stop and stretch your legs. Try the butter pecan peach ice cream. You won't regret it!

One of regular stops. Depending on the time of year you get the best fresh fruits and veggies. For a diabetic you will love the sugar free/no sugar added Butter Pecan. A single scoop is all you need. The items on the menu are all good, and go ahead and get peach or apple turnovers to go. They parched peanuts are very good and if its the FALL you can get all those decorative gourds, squash and pumpkins at one stop. Always friendly and yall come back now you hear !!!

Durbin Farms is a regular stop; and it is always great. High quality food in the restaurant; excellent produce and unique items in the farmers market; incredible boutique. Highly recommend the Cuban sandwich and the homemade desserts. The farmers market has produce, trinkets, specialty treats, cheeses, nuts, jellies, jams, honey, etc. You have to get some mayhaw jelly...you can't find it everywhere; but it is heavenly on hot biscuits and cornbread, and makes the perfect PB&J. Also, try at least one of the ciders...they have several unique flavors. My favorite it the muscadine. If you are into out of the ordinary clothing and specialty candles, LJ's Boutique is a must. They have the cutest and most unique clothing...kids and ladies. You will not be able to leave empty-handed (unless your husband is with you!)

We stopped here twice on our trip to and from Florida. Fresh Georgia Peaches , fresh hot roasted peanuts, plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, crafts. Not overly expensive.

A must stop for Peach Ice Cream. We spent about an hour looking at everything. They have everything from fresh vegetables to clothing.

Stop for some ice cream even if you don't need produce! Their is a large variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables, jams and preserves, and gifty items to pick from. It's just off the interstate in an area where you can grab lunch and gas after you snack on the good stuff! This stop is a tradition for us on the way to and from our beach vacation. Give it a try, you'll love it!

good peaches for time of year and great ice cream for any time of year. I prefer the plain peach ice cream to the peach/pecan.

Durbin's Farm Market is a wonderful location for a short break from traveling. Located just off of I-65 at Clanton, AL they have a grest fruit stand, a nice deli, great hand dipped ice cream and a small boutique-like shop. They are famous for their fresh peaches, fruit and vegetables, but they have several specialty items that are a true treat. One is no suger-added chocolate coated pecans. They have white and milk chocolate. They also have no sugar added butter pecan ice cream. Both great items for those who must watch their sugar intake. Lastly, their desserts in the deli are made fresh daily and are fantastic - especially their chess pie. It is unbelievably delicious but loaded with sugar. The fruit stand features whatever fresh fruits and vegetables are in season - especially peaches - along with items such as jams, jellies and cider. The prices are a little inflated but the items are good. Hungry? Stop by and order a sandwich. Just need a little snack? Try the pecans, fresh roasted (on the spot) peanuts, or the ice cream. Lots of items to choose from. The staff is friendly and helpful and the bathrooms are clean. Pull over and rest a spell.

If you want a break from interstate travel, this is a good little place. Ice cream, lunch menu, peanuts, peaches, fresh veggies/produce and all sorts of gifts items are available for you to purchase. I will tell you that the very same peaches were 50 cents cheaper in Montgomery than at their produce market. So, if you are looking for a cheap deal, it's probably not your place. But, it is a good little stop to stretch your legs, eat lunch or ice cream when you need a break.

Lots of neat little nick-nacks, fresh fruit, jams and daisies, and yard goodies. Did not get any icecream or food on this trip but deli area looked very clean and relaxing.

The ice cream is wonderful. They also have baked goods and sandwiches. the boutique has very stylish cloths and goodies. only complaint is hard to find parking and a place to sit.

We have stopped at Durbins many times and during many seasons. Yesterday, I hit the jackpot. Peaches and other produce were in and what a treat. I walked around the outside market to see strawberries, peaches, water melons, and a lot of other farm produce. The peaches I got were a little hard and was told to leave them on the counter for a day or so. I was concerned about them, but after one day, they are ready to eat. Very juicy and just wonderful. So characteristic of the produce we get from Durbins. I recommend this stop at exit 205 on I 65 between Birmingham and Montgomery. Because of the timing, lunch and ice cream did not work for me on this visit, maybe next time!!

Stopped at Durbin farms for some peach ice cream on my way back from Florida. The employees were pleasant enough, however, when I ordered my peach ice cream cone the server showed just how pitifully trained in sanitation she was. After scooping my cone it must have looked to her that the cone was leaning. She GRABBED the ice cream with her nasty gloved hand and squeezed it onto the cone. Yes... The same filthy gloved hand that had been wiping counters and touching the germ infested handles on the scoopers WAS USED TO SQUEEZE MY ICE CREAM ONTO THE CONE. I was flabbergasted and could not believe what I just witnessed. I paid for the cone then stepped out of the line and immediately threw it into the trash. I'm not sure how the peach ice cream tasted but will never know as I could never consume anything served here.
